I ordered the large Zaru Soba and Mini Tempura Rice Bowl for JPY 1,380!
Additionally, I got the famous Soba Nuki Croquette for JPY 280!
The soba is made from 100% Karuizawa buckwheat!
The noodles are thin but have a firm texture and a wonderful aroma—absolutely delicious!!
When eaten with pink salt, the flavor intensifies and it’s exquisite!!
The dipping sauce has a nice kick, pairing perfectly with the chewy soba!!
The mini tempura bowl features two shrimp on top of the kakiage!
The batter is crispy, and the inside is plump and perfect!!
The kakiage is packed with ingredients like burdock, onion, and carrot—so tasty!
The quality is exceptional for a mini tempura bowl!
The Soba Nuki Croquette is to be enjoyed with wasabi soy sauce!!
The crust is super crispy, while the inside is creamy and sweet—absolutely delicious!!
This is really high quality!! It pairs excellently with the spiciness of the wasabi soy sauce!
You must order this when you come!!
