松本の繁華街構えるラーメン屋、【若大将】に訪問しました。ラーメン以外に定食なども充実した街中華系のお店です。
先ずは《餃子》からスタート。肉汁が滴るこってりタイプでライスやビールと相性抜群。餃子と一緒に頼んだ《チャーハン》は薄めの味付け。
ラーメンは松本ご当地料理、山賊焼きが入った《山賊焼き味噌汁ラーメン》を注文しました。
信州味噌を使用したスープは、あっさりながらも深いコクがありなかなかの美味さ。山賊はニンニクの下味が付いた手のひらサイズの鶏肉の唐揚げ。山賊のみならずラーメン自体も量が多くかなりのボリューム。
飲みの〆で寄ったは失敗だった。お腹いっぱいで苦しい。今度は1軒目で来ますね。
因みにお時間掛かるけど良いですかと言われましたがラーメンでまさかの1時間待ちでしたw
