松本といえば、とうじそばなるものが人気らしい。
以前、旅番組で観て、食べてみたいと思っていたのです。
みよ田 松本店。
東京へ帰る電車の時間までコチラでお蕎麦を楽しみました。
駅から徒歩10分弱。パルコ近くの繁華街。
18時半の電車に乗るので、17時のopenと同時に伺いました。
事前にとうじそばが食べられるということ知っていたので、メニューは即決。
色々なものを楽しみたい場合は、おまかせコースなるものも良いかもしれませんね。
次回、伺うことがあれば、おまかせもいいかも。
オーダーしたら、すぐに運ばれてきたのがコチラ。
塩烏賊キュウリ。
さっぱりとして、うまい。
葉わさびのおひたし。
めっちゃ辛い。どうやったらこんなに辛みがひきだせるのだろう。
焼き味噌。
これっ。酒にあうのよね～。
ここで、日本酒。
せっかくなので地元のお酒。福源を。
一品料理にも美味しそうなものがたくさん。
ここで蕎麦酒というのもイイですね。
馬刺し。
前夜に食べた馬刺しがイマイチだったので、かなり楽しみにしていました。
とても美味しい赤身。
大きな鍋が運ばれてきました。
具がいっぱいのお鍋。
蕎麦は別盛りで。
こんな感じで、鍋にさっとくぐらせていただきます。
鍋自体に具材がたくさん入っているので、これだけでも結構おなかにたまります。
お蕎麦を食べたあとには、蕎麦の実のぞうすい。
これがまたっ。絶品。
蕎麦の実はなかなか手に入らないのですが、麦ならあるので家でもやってみよう。
で・・・ここまでで、かなりおなかも満たされ満足満足・・・と思っていたら・・・
せいろが運ばれてきた・・・v(‾∇‾)v。
すごく綺麗なお蕎麦で、お腹がいっぱいだけど美味しい。
あ～、もう少し配分を考えて鍋を食べるのだった・・・。
5000円程度でこんなに満足できたみよ田さん。
松本に行く機会があれば、また立ち寄りたいお店です。
