Moreover, it opened in July 2019, so it is still a new and reasonably priced dormitory accommodation facility.・The 1st floor is a cafe lounge and work space with a bar counter and table seats, which is used not only by hotel guests but also by the general public.・The concept of the store is "a place where travelers and residents can freely gather and meet each other."・This lounge is actually used by many general guests, and there is a wide range of possibilities for people who are not staying at the hotel to enjoy the lounge together.・There was no meal plan for the stay.・However, if you eat or drink alcohol at the cafe lounge on the 1st floor, a 10% discount will be applied to guests. You can work here during the day and then eat here at night and get a 10% discount. I'm grateful for this.・Before I used it, I thought it would be a bonus for dormitory rooms, but no. It was delicious as a normal restaurant.・We had several dishes and drinks over the two days.・This is a great service for solo travelers who can make many dishes into half-sized portions. We had half salad and pizza. The mushrooms are slightly warm and go perfectly with the crunchy salad and dressing.・Pizza is a dish with a light texture that you can easily enjoy. Even if you're a little hungry after drinking it, you'll probably feel good about it. For 800 yen, this size and quality makes it a highly recommended item.・The contents of the 3-appetizer assortment seem to change all the time, so please ask the staff. This time, there are 3 types of assorted items: sausage, Prosciutto salad, and mushroom salad. I was surprised that none of the dishes were ready-made, but had carefully crafted flavors. I didn't want to eat it all, so I ordered a glass of red wine. It was a masterpiece that made you want to taste it with a glass of red wine.・There seemed to be 6 types of craft beer always available. The two I received this time were Moon Light Pale Ale from Y.MARKET BREWING in Aichi Prefecture and Shichirigahama Coast IPA from Kamakura Beer in Kanagawa Prefecture. The former tastes more like regular beer, with a slight bitterness that gives it a refreshing feel. The latter has a distinctly fruity taste. ～Room～～～ ・Of all the dormitories I've visited so far, it's one of the cleanest. As you might expect, it's so freshly made. I visited in September, and I liked that the air conditioning was just right. -The interior has a relatively simple configuration: 2 hangers, 1 USB power outlet, 1 outlet type power outlet, and storage space for small items. If you have a lot of electronic devices, you may not have enough power, so it would be a good idea to prepare an outlet in advance.・The lights in the room are dim. However, it is not difficult to move around. I guess you can tell that it feels like an emergency light attached to the outlet. - There are lockers for each room number, but they are medium sized, so you cannot put very large items in them. I think it would be a good idea to only put valuables in there. However, there was a gap under each dormitory, so everyone kept large luggage such as carriers there. ～Amenities～ ・No special preparations are made. If necessary, you can purchase toothbrushes, razors, towels, bath towels, loungewear rentals, etc. at the cafe on the 1st floor.・The following items were installed in each common space. This is available for free. *Body soap/Shampoo/Conditioner/Hair dryer/Iron/Microwave/Kettle/Refrigerator ～Bath～～～ ・Shared shower space only. There were about 6 rooms, but I guess it's because it's difficult to clean when there aren't many people. I don't know, but there were only two available for hygiene reasons.・The diatomaceous earth that replaces the foot mat will give you a sense of how it used to be, so if you are concerned about it, it would be best to prepare a separate towel.・The private shower room can be locked from the changing room, so you can take your valuables with you. Also, it's nice to have a sink.・There are about 2 hair dryers and 3 washbasins in the common area. Perhaps because I was using it on weekdays, there was no particular reason why I couldn't use it because there were horses. ～Facilities～～～～ ・The facilities were simple but not inconvenient, and were quite complete. As a dormitory where you can stay cheaply, it was kept clean and I think the overall facilities were quite comfortable. (Having experienced dormitories overseas, almost all Japanese dormitories are good.LOL, but I think they are pretty good compared to the price.) -There are toilets for men and women on the 1st floor, and for men on the 2nd floor. There are two for women, one for men and women, and two for women on the 3rd floor. However, on the FloorMap, the restrooms on the second floor were marked with a female symbol, so perhaps the men and women in the restrooms were switched depending on the number of guests at that time.・There are shower rooms for men and women on the 2nd floor and for women only on the 3rd floor.・The 2nd floor is accessed by stairs or elevator, and the 3rd floor is generally accessed by elevator.・The workspace counter on the 1st floor is also quite good. Each seat has one power outlet and one USB port. You won't be able to enter lol * The drink bar may not be available from night to early morning. - Due to the above, the glasses at the drink bar cannot be washed while the staff is away, so they will no longer be available for use once the prepared cups run out. I don't think it is recommended that customers wash and use used cups from a sanitary perspective, so if you absolutely have to, you can bring your own disposable cups. I think it's good. Please check with your accommodation for details. *There is a charge for changing sheets even if you stay for consecutive nights. - If you are staying for consecutive nights, the sheets will be the same no matter how many nights you stay. If you want to change it, you will need to pay an additional 500 yen. * You cannot bring in food or drinks on the 1st floor between 12:00-22:00. - Even guests are not allowed to bring in food or drinks on the 1st floor during the day. This is probably because the general public is accepted as a cafe lounge, so it is difficult for those who are allowed to bring their own items and those who are not to coexist. There is a small lounge on the 3rd floor, so you can bring your own food and drinks there. You can also bring your own food and drinks on the 1st floor outside of cafe lounge business hours. After 22:00, it is OK to have a drink party on the 1st floor with food purchased nearby. * Please keep check-out time at 10:00. - Check-out time is 10:00. The workspace on the 1st floor cannot be used after 10:00 on the check-out date, so please be careful if you are using the space for work. If you stay for consecutive nights, you can continue to use the service without any problem. *Sometimes the response is quite sharp. - I think it's a paradise for those who have become friends with the regulars and staff.
