製麺屋の横ではねだした蕎麦で営業している食堂？です。
場所は国道より中に入りますので知ってる人しか来れません。
平日の昼過ぎ（13時前）に来店。
狭い入口で券売機で購入、店内のカウンターに出します。
・肉そば中500円税込
サイズは小・並・中と選べます。
よく判らないので中を。（中は大盛りでした）
料理は直ぐに出てきました。
器いっぱいに蕎麦が入っていて汁が少なく感じます。
ネギはカウンターでセルフサービスなので盛り盛りに（笑）。
出汁は少し甘めですが、薄味です。
麺は柔らかくそれほど風味は感じません。
短めに麺で不揃いの麺もまぎれてます。
食べ終わった後もお客さんが来ていてほぼ満席でした。
このコストパフォーマンスなら納得です。
