2021秋の信州の旅で長野にやって来た旅浪漫であります。
夜の権堂アーケードは人の姿もなく閑散としています。
今夜は居酒屋 網代で呑んできました。
店を出ると斜め向かいにラーメン屋があります。
麺屋 蕪村という店。 与謝蕪村に因んだ屋号でしょうか。
長野なら北信濃生まれの小林一茶なのにね。
本店は長野駅前にあり、篠ノ井や佐久、上田にも
店舗を構えている人気店のようです。
呑んだ後の〆はやっぱりラーメン。 レッツゴー♪
入るとコンパクトな店内。 カウンター席とテーブル席があります。
ここも新型コロナウイルスの影響で、先客は誰もいません。
食券制ではなく食べた後に会計するシステムのようです。
カウンター席に座らせてもらいます。

定番の蕪村そばに味玉が付いた味玉蕪村そばと
ライスにしようかと思いましたが
大人の辛さのミニカレーがあったので、それにしました。
店員の女性スタッフは外国の方のようです。 片言の日本語。
しばらくして出来上がってきました。
茶褐色のスープの蕪村そば。 焼海苔と細切りネギ、味玉、
メンマ、チャーシューがたっぷりのスープから見えます。
濃い色から想像するのとは全然違って、
一口飲んでみるとあっさりとしたスープです。
鶏白湯にカツオ出汁をプラスした鶏と魚介系のダブルスープ。
麺はウエーブのかかった中太麺。 もちもちしています。
メンマはひょろっと長い穂先メンマ。
分厚めのチャーシューは豚バラ肉で、柔らかい食感。
味玉は余程じっくり煮込まれたんでしょう。
黄身まで色がセピアカラーになっていました。
〆には最適の全体的にあっさり味のラーメンです。
よく煮込まれた感じのミニカレーは、
大人の辛さというだけあってやや辛口のカレーでした。
ミニカレーですが、ボリューム的にもOKです。
松尾芭蕉、小林一茶と並び称される江戸時代の俳人 与謝蕪村。
大阪生まれの蕪村は、師と慕う芭蕉の足跡をたどって
日本を旅をする途中、信濃国にも訪れたようです。
「秋の夜や 古き書よむ 南良法師」
信州には関係ありませんが、蕪村の秋の一句です。
秋の夜や ラーメン食べる 旅浪漫(笑) おそまつ。
