フェニックスカントリークラブで最高のゴルフを楽しんだ後は、宮崎の郷土料理をまるっと楽しめるこちらのお店で打ち上げ。
宮崎名物チキン南蛮や冷汁などの有名メニューから少しマイナーな郷土料理までひと通り出していただきました。
一番ビックリしたのは自家製スズメバチの焼酎。スズメバチが大量に漬け込まれた焼酎は独特の匂いと味わい。沖縄のハブ酒みたいな感じですが、スズメバチ酒は初めて経験しました。
何を食べても美味しいのが宮崎の特徴。宮崎最高です。
