宮崎県宮崎市、ちょっと物足りない１次会となりましたので、深夜まで空いているこちらのお店で２次会です。
確かに以前も〆でお伺いすると、満席で断られたことがありましたっけね。お店は30席もあるのに…
お店に入りますと、結構な盛況ぶりで、カウンター席でご飯を食べることに。
〆の蕎麦を食べたくて入ったのですが、日本酒をいただきましたので、まずはお通し。
３種盛となっていまして、お酒のアテに相応しいものばかり。
日本酒もセンスが良かったのですが、ワインの品揃え、そして焼酎の品揃えも立派でして、お酒どころとしても立派でしたよ。
メニューの中から、〆にふさわしいものを探しましたが、馬の握りがありまして、そちらを注文。
全部で８貫のボリュームでしたが、メニューの写真に比べると、かなりスケールダウンしている気が…
霜降りではなく、赤身感が強い馬ですが、熊本出身の私としては写真との差が気になりましたかね。
黒豚と葱の蕎麦は、豚の旨味が溶け込んでいまして、脂が良い方向に効いています。
出汁はカツオが強い感じでして、蕎麦自体も美味しく、居酒屋にしては非常にクオリティが高い蕎麦。
選んだ蕎麦の性格上、蕎麦自体の良さは少々弱めになりましたが、丁寧に作られていました。
蕎麦だけだったら、もう少し評価が高かったと思います～。
