今日は仙南にお仕事です。
ここら辺には美味しいおそば屋さんがたくさんありまして困ります^ ^
ちなみに美味しいラーメン屋さんも多々。トンカツ屋も多々。
数々の名店の中から選びましたのはここです。
天ざるのために他もと考えたのですが、せっかくですので冷たい肉そばを極めてみたい。
そんな秋の決意です。
入店。テーブルに着く。メニュー表を見る。一応、いろいろと確認。肉そば並で行きます。
店員さんに発注。安心しそうになった瞬間。壁に半熟卵の天ぷらなるものを発見。天ぷらへの思いが再燃してしまい、追加オーダーです。
サッパリしたスープ、ツルツルとしたそば、コキコキするお肉。
カンペキな肉そばです。隣のお客さんが特盛を頼むも納得です。しかし、すごい大きさの丼^ ^
しかし、ワタクシには半熟卵天があります。鬼に金棒、悟空に如意棒、そして、肉そばに半熟卵天です。
まずは、そのまま。うまい。スープにつける。うまい。
そばをすする。うまい。肉がコキコキ。うまい。スープを飲む。うまい。漬物をつまむ。うまい。
あっという間でした。特盛に行かなくても大盛くらいは行けばよかったかな。
