そもそも、「そば」に対しては「古びた、田舎、懐かしさ、単純さ、奥深さ、潔さ、不毛の地．．．」などというイメージを持ってる乙さんなんだね。
ラインナップは少ない。狭く深くのそば道を行ってる感じだね。
ざる７５０円、大盛り３００円。
おろしとのりを所望してみたがあっさりないと断られ。
細打ちで長めのそば。二八か三七のようで2番粉位の色相いかな。
更科に近そうだ。そば殻挽きぐるみではなさそうだ。
香りはさほどないが、一番粉が多いせいなのかねばりっ気が少なく噛み応地がいい。
茹で具合もよくて腰もある。
なので、つゆにゆっくりたっぷりつけてもつゆを吸わないのでずっと、しっかりした歯応えで美味しい。
いかにも地味であまり手広くしたくない感があふれてる処。
でもどこからともなくリピーター達が集まってくる、というようないい雰囲気の店だね。
いい店です。
