ごぼう出汁が美味しい山形そば

混んでいた。平日でしたが人気店なのか並んでいました。
〈店の雰囲気〉
松屋の隣にあります。駐車場はお店周辺にたくさん停められます。広いので停めやすいです。
〈店員の雰囲気〉
満席で忙しそうなのに接客は明るく丁寧で素晴らしかった。
〈注文内容〉
肉そば(冷)
ごぼう天
ざるそば

遅め。15分ほど待ちました。
〈味〉
・ざるそば
麺は中太で正方形の断面。見た目は黒っぽい田舎蕎麦でホシもしっかりとあります。艶やかで見た目も綺麗。
箸で持った際に麺が最後まで垂れず、コシの強さが持つだけで分かる。
風味もしっかりと感じられますが苦味は少なく適度な甘さのある田舎蕎麦でした。
・肉そば
スープは透き通っており綺麗。鶏肉とネギ、ごぼうが入っており、スープをいただくとごぼうの出汁がしっかりと感じられる美味しいスープでした。
油分も少なく、冷で食べても脂が固まることもなくムラなく食べられます。
美味しい山形そばに出会えました。
