ピザ窯を置いているビストロなんだけど、ちくわ納豆みたいなメニューもたくさんあって、面白い居酒屋。
北目町ハイボール推しだったので、ハイボールでスタート。シュワシュワ感弱めで水割り飲んでるみたい。それに合うというちくわ納豆を頼んでみたが、特に相性が良いとも思えず。あとおススメのもつ煮込み。これは普通に味噌煮込みで、ガーリックトーストがついててかろうじてビストロ感が残ってる。追加でビーツのサラダを頼んでみた。角切りのビーツが結構山盛りで出てきたのだけど、食感はアボカドをもうちょっとあっさり目にした感じとでも言えば良いのか、で、ほのかに甘みがあってこれは美味いな。
カウンターにいるとピザ窯の薪の良い香りが襲ってきて、やっぱりピザ食べないとダメだよな、と思って、アンチョビ、玉ねぎ、モッツァレラのピザを、チーズ増しで。いやー完全に容量オーバーだったわ、なんとか食べきったけども。こちらのピザ、生地がどっしりとした感じで重いんだな。
ワインはカルロロッシとかコノスルとかの安ワイン系で、ちょっと合わなかったので最後はビールで流し込む。
看板にも書いてあるけど、ちょっと一杯かるくひっかけて、というコンセプト通りのお店でした。
いやしかし食い過ぎたわ。
