2022年8月訪問
この日は杜の都で3年振りに七夕祭りが開催されて、アーケード街は多くの人で賑わっていました。 千葉の茂原市でも同様の祭りはあるけど規模はこちらの方が一枚上手か？ 一通り散歩を済ませる頃にはちょうど夕飯時
近くのお店を探していると何やら良さげなお店を発見！ 店員さんに伺うと”お一人様”ならオッケーとのこと。 ラッキーってな訳でカウンター席に滑り込みセーフ⤴︎
メニューを見ると青森県産のシャモロックと大山鶏に拘っているらしい。
先ずはサッパリとむね肉とササミに椎茸やアスパラを発注。 待ってる内に予約客が続々と来店して、あっと言う間に満席に。。 こうなると否応なしに期待が膨らみます。
串物が提供されると暫しうっとり。 もうね！見ただけで旨味が伝わってくる程のクォリティー そして一口いただくと悶絶するほどの旨さで声が出ない⤴︎⤵︎⤴︎
さっぱりしている筈なのにしっとりジューシーで肉の旨味が口一杯に広がって、本当に幸せな気分に！
その後も気になるメニューを発注して至福のひと時を過ごせました。
ここの串物は最高に旨い。
また機会があったら伺おうと思います。
