何年ぶりになるだろうか。。。
名掛にあったころは何度が足を運び、料理はもちろんサービスも良かったことを記憶しているんだけども。。。。。
今の場所になる前の食べログをみたら、評価はいまいち
それでもやっぱり、料理の評価は高いので味は落ちていない証拠。
と、いうことで、行って参りました。パスタを食べる為だけに。。。
パスタは本当に美味しいです!!!
ランチは日替わりパスタもありますが、今の時期は「生ポルチーニ」や「生トリュフ」なんかも使ったパスタがありますよ。ランチには￥2,000位で食べれるんです。夜にはチャージ代も取られるなら、絶対ランチに行くべきですね。サービスはともかく、美味しいパスタを食べるために行くなら、お勧めです。
パスタはもっちりとしていて、量が少ないかなぁとも思うけど、しっかりとした味付け（しょっぱいとかではなくて、パスタに味がしみ込んでいる感じ）で美味しいんです。
ある意味、目の前にある料理を集中できるお店です。
残念ながら、携帯電話が使用できないお店で写真撮影もNGなお店なので、携帯電話を手放せない人は遠慮したほうがいいかも。
それでもやっぱりパスタは絶品です。
