仕事の出張で夜ごはんにうかがいました。いつも混んでいると情報を得ていたのですが、早めの時間だったので、予約なしでも幸い席はありました。
この日はお通しが「ところてん」でした。実は子供の頃に食べてニガてだったのですが、大人になったし今回チャレンジしてみました。オクラとトマトも入っていてさっぱりしていて美味しかったです。克服しましたww
カツオの藁焼きをお願いしたのですが「2人前程度で量が多いので一人分にしましょうか？」とこちらから聞いていないのにご案内頂いて、とても感動しました。このようにお客様目線のお店は良いですね。そして、藁焼きや串はカウンター目の前で調理してくれるのですが、美味しかったです！
あと最近気にいっている「厚揚げ」このお店では、ネギたっぷりのものと、おろしたっぷりのものの2種類あるそうで、今回はおろしで頂きました。粗目のおろしが食感も良くて美味です。
串は豚のつくねやホルモンなど、あまり他で見ないものがあってどれも美味しかったです。とくにつくねの歯ごたえがしっかりあって、かつ肉汁がジューシーなのは鶏とは全然違う感覚でした。
また、良い店をみつけてしまいましたね！
