【志摩市鵜方にある日本料理店】にて
『鯛茶漬け！コレは一度は食べて！美味しいから…』と
志摩鵜方に務める知人に教えてもらって、
いつか食べに行こう！ヽ(・∀・)と
思っていました。
平日の12時頃、入店しました。
お客さんは、結構入っていたので、予約を入れておいて良かったです。
海の幸御膳（松）6,160円（税込）

◉鯛のあら煮
さすが鯛！あらも美味しいです！
煮方が上手なので、とても良いです(^｡^)
◉海老・枝豆・とうもろこしのかき揚げ

知人に、コレが美味しい！と勧められました。
お茶漬けのスープの出汁が絶品です(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
生の鯛が胡麻味噌で絡めてあって…
これをスープの中でかき混ぜると
身が柔らかくなります。
教えてくれた知人に、写真を送って報告すると…
「また行きたくなって来た〜」と
言ってました。
