出張先の四日市で一席設けていただきました。近鉄四日市駅近くのプラトンホテル一階にある和食の「たまゆら」さんです。駅近くに支店がいくつかあるのでお間違いのないように。
案内された個室はなかなか上品です。和室の部屋に椅子の座席。確かにこちらの方が楽ですね。ご年配の方がいるときはこの方がありがたい。まずはビールで乾杯。本日は懐石のコースでしょうか？前菜は盛り付けも美しく、美味しい。
続いて、お刺身の盛り合わせ。こちらも盛り付けは美しく、新鮮で美味しかったです。こうなると日本酒が飲みたくなりますね。三重県の地酒「作」が置いてありました。純米吟醸の4合瓶を一本行きましょうか。フルーティで飲みやすいお酒です。これはやばい日本酒だ。
他には、牛鍋、鰤照り焼き、天ぷら盛り合わせ、茶碗蒸しなどがありまして、〆の時雨茶漬けに、デザート。どれも美味しゅうございました。落ち着いて会話の楽しめるお店でした。ちょっとあらたまった席には良いと思います。
