For yakisoba (fried noodles), they offer the standard "sauce yakisoba" as well as "arranged yakisoba" such as "shio yakisoba (salt yakisoba)".
For the "sauce yakisoba," you can choose from pork, squid, or a mix with both, and you can also add a fried egg topping. The ingredients are said to be chunky and generously sized, making it satisfyingly filling.

If you want to try yakisoba (Japanese stir-fried noodles) other than the usual sauce kind, the arranged yakisoba options are a great pick.
The photo shows the Kuro Yakisoba, made with a squid ink black sauce. The sweet and savory sauce with the aroma of squid ink and salt has an addictive flavor.

I ordered the 1.5-portion mix with a fried egg. It was very filling! It felt like about two servings of yakisoba (fried noodles) from other places. It was enough to leave me really full. The flavor was on the stronger side, so it would go well with beer.

The nicely grilled pork is great too, but the squid is huge! Along with cabbage, it also has something like chikuwa (tube-shaped fish cake) in it. The thick noodles have a pleasantly chewy texture. The flavor is rich and just right. For someone like me who usually only eats Peyang or Maruchan, this yakisoba (Japanese fried noodles) was amazing.

The popular "Yakisoba Special" is topped with fried egg and pork belly cooked with a salt-based sauce. The special sauce pairs perfectly with the extra-thick noodles.
"Taisho no Napolitan" is a recommended dish made with ketchup sauce and the restaurant's special house sauce. It is said to use the same extra-thick noodles as the yakisoba (stir-fried noodles).
The noodles have a chewy texture, and people say the deep flavor of the sauce is irresistible.

And then the star of the show appeared: the "Yakisoba Special," made with extra-thick, chewy noodles. The fragrant aroma of the sauce hits hard, and it works perfectly as a snack to go with drinks.

The signature yakisoba (Japanese stir-fried noodles) features extra-thick noodles with a chewy texture, coated well in a rich sauce that makes it really addictive. It is simple but very well done, and another nice point is that you can customize it to your liking with toppings.

The spicy yakisoba (fried noodles) used thick noodles with a mild kick from chili pepper. The sauce had a rich aroma too, and the flavor seemed like it would go well with beer.

The staff cook all the okonomiyaki (savory pancakes) right in front of you. Both the okonomiyaki and hiroshimayaki (Hiroshima-style savory pancake) were very good, and although I couldn’t try them this time, I was also curious about the yakisoba and Teppan-yaki menu items.

I came today for yakisoba (Japanese stir-fried noodles), so I ordered the "sauce yakisoba." The medium-thick noodles were chewy and satisfying. The sauce wasn’t too heavy, so I finished it without getting tired of it. I think it works well as an izakaya menu item.

I had the Large size yakisoba (fried noodles) with sauce flavor, topped with meat, vegetables, and egg, for an extra charge! (If I remember right, you could choose the seasoning from sauce, soy sauce, or kimchi.) The portion was bigger than I expected for a Large size, which I really appreciated!

The seasoning is on the stronger side, making it satisfying to eat, and when you break the fried egg on top, it adds a mellow touch that keeps it enjoyable to the very last bite.

・Ryo-men Yakisoba (double-sided fried noodles) with a raw egg (large)
A raw egg sits neatly on top of the fragrant, well-browned yakisoba packed with plenty of bean sprouts, thinly sliced pork, and green onion. The sauce is well balanced, and it is not greasy, so even though I thought the portion might be a little much, I quietly kept eating and finished it easily.
