Torattoria Furanko

This trattoria is on the first floor of a building along Chokoku-dori (Sculpture Street), about a 5-minute walk from the West Exit of Yokohama Station. It is a popular restaurant that has also been selected as a Tabelog Italian EAST Tabelog 100.

The space is said to bring to mind a casual Italian diner, with seats set close to the next table for a relaxed atmosphere.

The menu changes depending on what they get in that day, and it is written on the blackboard inside the restaurant. It is known as a place where you can enjoy authentic Italian flavors at reasonable prices.

At lunchtime, the popular choice is a set with pasta selected from about four options and Appetizers.

The shape of the pasta changes depending on the sauce and ingredients. Many menu items use thicker noodles, so they seem filling.

With the daily pasta, you can also enjoy flavors unique to that time of year. It is also recommended to order different pastas with your group and share them to enjoy the different flavors.

The pasta was cooked al dente, with a perfect springiness the moment you bit into it. It held the sauce well without feeling heavy, and what stood out was how it brought out the flavor of the asari (Japanese littleneck clams), which were clearly the star. Above all, it was fun how the savory flavor kept building with every bite.

A popular Italian restaurant in Yokohama (Yokohama)! It had a casual, comfortable atmosphere, but we still got to enjoy authentic food! The seasoning was simple, based on olive oil and salt, but it really brought out the good flavor of the ingredients, and I couldn’t stop eating. Some people in our group were not drinking alcohol, and they also had beer, which was great, and with the service included, it felt like the kind of place I’d want to invite all kinds of people to!

Cambuza

“Cambusa,” meaning “ship’s food storeroom” in Italian. This is a place where you can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine by a chef who honed his skills mainly in Sicily, Italy.

It is about a 4-minute walk from the Kita-Nishi Exit of Yokohama Station. The exterior has a hideaway feel, with ivy climbing over the brick walls.

The interior has a calm, grown-up mood. There are first-floor seats with a casual atmosphere, and second-floor seats that are perfect for taking your time and enjoying a course meal.

The specialty is pizza baked all at once at high heat in a wood-fired oven. The course where you can choose either pizza or pasta is popular.

There are several kinds of both pizza and pasta, so you can choose what you feel like eating. You can also enjoy fresh pasta made with ingredients that are unique to that season.

Even though the pasta looks simple, it is said to have a deep flavor. Some reviews also said it goes so well with wine that you keep drinking.

The pizza in particular had a chewy, fragrant crust, and while simple, it was really good. The pasta also made the most of the ingredients and felt very satisfying. It also paired well with beer, and I ended up eating a little too much. The restaurant had a calm and comfortable atmosphere, and the staff were polite. It is the kind of place that makes you want to come back when you are in the mood for a slightly nicer meal.

Since I had pizza the day before, I went with the pasta and a fish dish! To get straight to the point, the pasta was a huge hit too✨I was blown away by how delicious the chewy pasta was with the ragù sauce packed with the rich flavor of the ingredients. It had been a long time since I’d had pasta this impressive, and it was just so good

Ristorante Crocifisso

A sister restaurant of Crocifisso, an authentic restaurant famous in Noto, Sicily. You can enjoy dishes made in the local style just as they are, along with Italian wine.

It is located inside the Delice Yokohama building near Yokohama Station, designed by Kengo Kuma. The interior has a calm mood and is based on a white color scheme.

There are also spacious Private room and Semi-private room options, though a room charge applies. This restaurant is perfect for a private meal or dining on a Special day.

The standard course is ideal for pasta lovers, pairing 2 pasta dishes with a meat course. You can also add a wine pairing.

The two pasta dishes are popular because you can enjoy two completely different kinds of pasta, with totally different shapes, sauces, and flavors. They use handmade pasta.

There are also many reviews saying the pasta leaves a lasting impression, whether it brings out the good flavors of seasonal seafood and vegetables or highlights the rich taste of meat.

saku9613

Every dish used vegetables in a creative way, and everything was refined and very delicious. As a pasta lover, I was also happy that the course included two pasta dishes. The first one in particular, the hotate (scallop) and yellow bell pepper Genovese, was especially good! The shaved lemon zest on top added a really nice accent.

Each dish is a work of art, built on traditional Sicilian cuisine and elevated with a modern sensibility. The combinations of ingredients are incredibly delicate, and every bite brings a sense of surprise and delight. In particular, the fragrant, perfectly grilled main dishes and the richly flavorful pasta pair beautifully with the wine, making for a truly blissful moment.

Since there are not many seats, I recommend making a reservation. I chose the JPY5500 course, and it came with Appetizers, two pasta dishes, a main, and dessert, so I was very Manzoku. You can also choose whichever pasta you like, and every dish was delicious.

The service felt warm and friendly without being too much, and I had a great time. The octopus Appetizers and the scallop dish were both excellent. The clam and togann (winter melon) pasta brought out the best and full flavor of each ingredient. The salsiccia pasta also had a strong meaty taste, but it did not feel heavy. The beef dish had just the right balance of savory aroma and tenderness.

I got to enjoy a variety of dishes, including Appetizers, pasta, a main, and dessert! This is an authentic Italian restaurant, and every dish was filling while still being high quality, so I was very satisfied! There were many different kinds of pasta noodles to choose from, and picking one was fun!

The fish was Sea Bream carpaccio. I was happy to see a huge assortment of onions on top. The pescatore is a signature dish, and it was excellent. The noodles were super chewy!! Combined with the rich seafood flavor, I wanted to keep chewing forever. To finish, I had Italian pudding for dessert. The lightly bitter caramel and crunchy meringue were a perfect match.

ineinaine

The Appetizers assortment is colorful, and each item is finished to a high standard, making for a satisfying start. The extra truffle on the pasta brings out the aroma even more and gives it a luxurious feel. The main dish is also carefully prepared, and the meal is well balanced overall. With its calm atmosphere, this is a good restaurant where you can take your time and enjoy lunch.

There were two kinds: shirako (milt) and Kujo-negi (Kyoto green onion) pasta, and cream pasta. The cream pasta was explained to me as a pasta similar to ravioli, but I forgot the name. I added truffle as an extra option, and the mild cream flavor and the aroma of the truffle made a perfect combination.

A restaurant about a 5-minute walk from Yokohama Station East Exit, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of Southern Italy. The white exterior walls are the landmark.

There are several kinds of pasta, and it is also recommended to go with a few people and share 2~3 kinds to enjoy different flavors.

Some days they serve pasta made with local eggs or shirasu (whitebait), as well as unusual pasta made with pistachios. All of them are well reviewed for being delicious.

カリカリ梅7098

I enjoyed the fresh seasonal salad topped with prosciutto, and then the pasta arrived. The watarigani (blue crab) tomato cream pasta had a rich flavor without being too heavy, and it was really delicious! They also had a limited-time pasta, and it seemed popular and was sold out, so I’d like to try again!

ホッとゲノム

Since it was lunchtime on a weekday, I chose the "Sarina Course (JPY3500)," one of the three options. We went as a group of four, so we got to choose all four kinds of pasta, plus both meat and fish for the main dishes. Every dish was delicious, but as you would expect from a bakery, the all-you-can-refill bread was soft and really tasty!!

ごはんはおかずjp

The porcini and four-cheese cream had a rich flavor, and you could clearly taste the aroma of the porcini. The beef ragu and eggplant bolognese brought out the good taste of the meat and had a bold flavor. Their specialty! The shirasu (whitebait) and karasumi (dried mullet roe) peperoncino used plenty of shirasu, and it was well mixed throughout.

I had the weekday lunch set. It comes with pasta, soup, salad, a baguette, and a drink, so I think it is a very good deal. If you choose the crab cream pasta, you need to pay extra, but it had a direct crab flavor and tasted good enough to justify the price.

The specialty, blanc sauce with gorgonzola, is the most delicious thing of all. When you eat it with focaccia, you can keep eating forever. It made me want a second helping. You can choose from 6 kinds, including lasagna, so next time I’d like to try the other pastas too.

◯Sea urchin peperoncino. The sea urchin melts into the pasta, letting you taste both the rich flavor of the sea urchin itself and the depth of the sauce. ◯Carbonara with onsen tamago (soft cooked egg). The rich carbonara paired very well with the onsen tamago, and this was also delicious. In this comfortable space, we enjoyed great food and naturally lively conversation, making it a fun night.

ざう!

The "Homemade Burrata Cheese Bolognese" I had this time has incredible visual impact! A whole jiggly burrata cheese sits right on top of the bolognese packed with rich meaty flavor. When you cut into it with a knife, creamy cheese spills out from inside, and when you mix it with the pasta, the taste turns surprisingly mild and rich.

Was the pasta 2 mm? Maybe 2.2 mm? It was quite thick, and the salsiccia was tasty. It looked like chicken, but the texture was more like sausage, which I really liked♡ If you like spicy peperoncino, the heat might feel a little mild, but it was good.
