They are all well reviewed for being large and free of off notes.

I ordered a tasting set that came with one oyster each from different production regions. I chose oysters from Saroma in Hokkaido and Iwate, and enjoyed them with Japanese sake. Along with the rich flavor of the oysters, the Fresh Scent of the Ocean from each production region filled my mouth, and they were so good‼︎I felt like I could eat several more, and it was hard not to order extra. This is a restaurant I would love to visit again.

The pasta seemed to use Chinese noodles, and the noodles were amazingly chewy, giving it a whole new texture. The raw oysters were incredibly delicious, and they were shucked with great care. Oyster lovers won’t regret going. I’d definitely love to go again.

It was a bit late, but every staff member had a great attitude, and I had a fun time enjoying the food and drinks♪ Thank you. The fresh oysters were great of course, but the mojito cocktail was also really good. I’m not a fan of sweet drinks, so when I asked for it with no sweetness, they happily agreed, and it was so good that I ended up drinking 3 glasses(笑)

This is the place to go when you want oysters. My favorite is the grilled oysters with uni (sea urchin) butter! I always order focaccia to soak up every bit of the uni butter left in the shell.
