Variation coffees made by adding fresh cream or milk to a base coffee are also popular.
The "Vienna coffee" has a look that brings a snowy mountain to mind, and people say the smooth fresh cream goes nicely with the slightly bitter coffee.
みゆき1005
The most popular recommendation seems to be the Viennese coffee, but since I’m not a fan of strong coffee, I went with a cappuccino and my friend ordered the Viennese coffee. With the first sip of the cappuccino, the cinnamon aroma gently opened up, and the fresh cream paired well with the coffee, making it easy to drink and very delicious.

I stopped by this popular shop while walking around Kurashiki (Kurashiki) Bikan Chiku (historic quarter) area. The entrance was so small I almost missed it. It had the feel of an old fashioned kissaten (Japanese coffee shop), and I was able to relax and enjoy my time there. Since the weather was nice, I chose a terrace seat in the inner courtyard, and the blended coffee had just the bitterness I like and tasted great.

This time, I ordered the strawberry parfait and a tea float iced tea. Just as striking as it looks, the parfait really lets the strawberries take center stage, with a nice balance of sweetness and tartness that keeps it tasty to the last bite. The cream and sponge inside were not too heavy either, and the whole dessert felt well balanced.

The kids' set looks cute and has enough volume to be Manzoku. The Hamburger Steak is juicy and tender, and the fried oysters have a light coating with plump oyster meat inside.
