This is an afternoon tea with a bright and elegant look. The contents change with the season.
At this time of year, the lineup includes maboroshi no ichigo cake (phantom strawberry cake) and other items made with seasonal strawberries, making the seasonal feel part of its charm. You can enjoy a well balanced mix of sweets and savory bites.

Hot chocolate afternoon tea. Tiffany"Chocolat Chaud" by Natsuko Shoji. It was a wonderful afternoon tea that you could enjoy with your eyes, aroma, and taste. The chocolat chaud was a rich, fragrant chocolate drink. It was also delicious to dip strawberries into it and eat them.

The surface of the “omuretsu (plain omelet)” is glossy, with a beautiful finish.
When you cut into it with a knife, the inside is soft and creamy, and its gentle flavor is well liked. It also pairs well with the vegetables on the side, making it a simple yet satisfying plate.

The “framboise mousse tart” is said to be an easy-to-eat dessert with plenty of volume and a light texture.
The tartness of the framboise and strawberries comes through nicely, while the sweetness stays modest and the finish is clean. It also pairs well with iced coffee.

I spent a blissful tea time at O Baccanal, a place that makes you forget the bustle of Ginza. This time, I had the "ichigo no taruto (strawberry tart)," topped luxuriously with rows of bright red strawberries. The balance of the crisp tart crust, sweet and tangy strawberries, and refined custard was just right, and every bite brought a little more happiness.

I ordered the lemon cake I had wanted to try at least once. The cute look is great, but this cake! Was it freshly baked?? It was warm with a crisp, crumbly texture, and so delicious!

Right in the middle of Ginza. Climb the stairs of an old building, and you’ll find an antique filled, calming space, tasty and cute lemon cake, and freshly ground coffee. It’s the kind of place you want to visit when you want to relax, read at your own pace, or spend some quiet time alone without thinking about anything.

I ordered the Hamburger Steak Omurice with salad. The Hamburger Steak was very meaty, with the satisfying bite of a steak, and it was really delicious. The Omurice came with a sauce with a nice touch of red wine, giving it a more grown-up flavor. The egg was slightly firm, but still soft and airy, and very tasty.

The weather was nice, so I chose a breezy terrace seat outside. With little traffic and a view of the greenery of Hibiya Park, the atmosphere was quite nice. It is set a little farther back, so it was also nice that no direct sunlight came in. I had the fresh pressed waguri (Japanese chestnut) Mont Blanc, crushed cookie cheesecake, and an iced coffee, and both cakes were delicious, and the iced coffee was very good too.

I went with the keema curry that day. After paying at the register, I waited at the counter, and the food was brought over on a tray. It came with a salad, with fukujinzuke (pickled relish) and rakkyou (pickled shallots) on a separate plate. The curry may look like there is not much of it, but it had a solid kick. There was no chance of ending up with leftover rice. I felt it paired especially well with the rakkyou.
