They carefully sort each Special coffee bean one by one and pursue good coffee while valuing the roasting skills they have built up and neldrip (flannel drip brewing).
On one day, the coffee of the day, Brazil Santos, was said to offer a grown-up taste with no off notes, a clean, crisp finish, and deep flavor.

They offer a wide range of coffee options, including straight, blended, and variation coffees.
Available from October to June, Kohaku no Joou (Amber Queen) is a cold coffee made with mizudashi koohii (cold brew coffee) plus honey, milk, and liqueur. It has a deep flavor with a touch of sweetness, and you can enjoy how the taste changes as you drink it.

We stopped by this popular cafe while walking around Kurashiki’s Bikan Chiku (historic quarter). The entrance was so small that we almost missed it. It had the feel of an old-fashioned kissaten (Japanese-style coffee shop), and we had a nice, relaxed time. The weather was nice, so we chose a terrace seat in the inner courtyard, and the blended coffee had just the kind of bitterness we like and tasted great.

I’m not usually a fan of Wiener coffee, but this completely changed my impression, and the cream here was very good. It was lightly sweet and clean-tasting, without feeling too heavy. First came the cold cream, then the hot, slightly bitter coffee, and finally the coarse sugar at the bottom of the cup, so I could enjoy the contrast.

I had a happy dessert time. The strawberries had little tartness and a strong sweetness and were delicious, and the apple, mandarin orange, melon, kiwi, and mango were all each really tasty.

The popular menu item, "cheese terrine," is a standout made with plenty of cream cheese from Denmark and sour cream from Hokkaido.
It is moist and rich yet not too sweet, and it pairs well with lightly bitter coffee.

One bite into the “Banana Bread,” and the aroma of fully ripe bananas fills the air. Even though it uses no sugar, the salty butter topping brings out the banana’s natural sweetness.
It has a chewy texture and is more filling than it looks, making it very satisfying to eat.

The coffees had names like [Kaze (Wind)], [Umi (Sea)], and [Mori (Forest)], which caught my attention, so I ordered [Kaze] and a sweet. The coffee was clean and refreshing, the sweet had a nice Homemade taste, and the view was outstanding, making it the best snack time. It was a great meal♡

The Setonaikai (Seto Inland Sea) stretches out to fill your entire view. Especially in the evening, when the sun slowly sinks into the sea, the scene is so beautiful it leaves you speechless, making you want to simply sit and take it in quietly. Even the inconvenience is part of this place’s charm. This is a café well worth going out of your way to visit, and in both atmosphere and scenery, it is an unquestionable number one.
