They offer a wide range of drinks, including cocktails and whiskey, and the menu also lists the color and approximate alcohol strength.
The food selection is also extensive. The rich taste of the cheese and the savory flavor of the beef jerky are said to bring out the character of the alcohol.
ゆーだだだ
The menu was quite extensive, and it even listed the ingredients used and the alcohol content, so it felt like a place where even first time visitors could relax and enjoy themselves! The drinks were properly good too, and I’d definitely love to visit again!

For the second drink, I had a Between the Sheets, a brandy-based cocktail. Many brandy-based cocktails tend to be sweet, but this one has a sharp finish from lemon and white curaçao. It went down so smoothly that I kept taking big sips.

The wine selection is extensive, with more than 150 varieties from 19 countries across the five continents, centered on France.
The “ADEGA DE MONÇÃO” in the photo is said to have a well-balanced taste with fresh acidity and mild tannins. Another nice point is that the owner sommelier will suggest one to match your preferences.
Photograph:estit95
They also seem to have not only wine but a full food menu. The photo shows the "tiramisu" made with mascarpone.
The smooth texture layers with the slightly bitter coffee flavor, and it is also said to pair well with wine.
estit95
Above all, the atmosphere here is really great. It is a rich and luxurious space. If you tell them what kind of drink you are in the mood for, they will serve something that fits perfectly. I have visited several times, and both the drinks and the snacks are excellent, making this a place I want to go back to again.

"Soda Soda Lassi Sour" is a craft beer with a refreshing tang and gentle sweetness. It has a mellow quality like yogurt, along with a light fizzy feel.
You can enjoy it almost like a dessert, but it also has a faint beer-like bitterness, making for an interesting flavor.

The photo shows sake onigiri (salmon rice ball) and a small craft beer. The onigiri is said to be gently shaped, with just the right amount of salt. The rich flavor of the salmon spreads through the rice and pairs well with the refreshing beer.
They also offer light snacks such as oden (Japanese fish cake stew), and another plus is that you can casually order from just one drink.
肉と共に去りぬ
A Surprising beer in a color I had never seen before was poured from the tap, and when I tried it, I was Surprising again by how easy it was to drink. Anyway, there are so many beers full of originality that you never get bored! Of course, they also have classic styles, so enjoying those is good too.

The rich tang of the tomato sauce layers with the just-right saltiness of the cheese, making it a great match for alcohol.

It was a very lovely bar with a calm and comfortable atmosphere. I ordered the cocktail "Godfather." It was fragrant, with an exquisite balance of whiskey and amaretto, making it a drink I wanted to savor slowly.

Fukushima Kakuuchi Kora is a kakuuchi (standing bar attached to a liquor store) bar about a 9-minute walk from Fukushima Station. Though the space is compact, it has a polished atmosphere.
You can enjoy not only standing drinks but also sit down and relax. They also stock some rare labels, and the owner's knowledge and cheerful service are said to make the experience all the more pleasant.

The photo shows a tasting flight of three kinds of Japanese sake. You can choose the labels you like, and the price changes depending on the sake you select. It seems you can enjoy comparing the differences in aroma, sweetness, and finish of each one.
The style here is to reset your palate with water from Fukushima and enjoy the drinks with the tartness of umeboshi (pickled plum) as an accent.
Photograph:いといと33
They also offer snacks like nama bacon (fresh bacon) and the "assortment of eight kinds of cube cheese."
The nama bacon has a moist texture, and its saltiness brings out the umami of the Japanese sake. Each cheese has a different flavor, and they recommend enjoying the pairing with Japanese sake.
いといと33
They have things like a 3-drink tasting set, which is really nice☆彡 I also had some mineral water to reset my palate as I enjoyed the drinks. The inside is a bit small. But it feels like a place where you can relax and enjoy good sake with some snacks.

We visited for the All you can drink Japanese sake option. I couldn't believe they offer All you can drink for these labels at this price. You can also ask for as much or as little as you like, so it was possible to enjoy many different pours little by little. They also serve small snacks like karupasu (dry sausage), so this is a must-visit for Japanese sake lovers!

The whiskey lets you enjoy everything from how the aroma opens up to how long the finish lasts. Some say that even during a short visit, they could still feel the quality of the place.

Many regulars also seem to appreciate the consistently good taste.

I had wanted to enjoy a cigar too, but unfortunately the place was full, so that wish did not come true. At least to get in the mood, I asked for rum, and they served me a brand I had never seen before called Abuelo. It was highly aromatic like sherry, and the taste leaned more toward a sweet cream sherry or Madeira, reminding me of fortified wine. This was really good.

One reason for its popularity is that you can enjoy original touches here. The photo shows the rum-based short cocktail “Daiquiri,” made with homemade syrup from yuzu (Japanese citrus) grown on Shinobuyama in Fukushima.
The citrus aroma rises nicely, with a well-balanced mix of sweetness and acidity, they say.

Reviews say it has a smooth mouthfeel and an elegant finish.

The kind master asked what I liked, and I told him I wanted a long cocktail based on rum. In about 5 minutes, he made me a Rum Rickey. I’ve had the gin version with tonic before, but I may not really remember having one with rum. Behind the fresh lime flavor, there was a faint, bright aroma of rum, and it was light and easy to drink.
