The mussel spaghetti in white wine sauce on this day was said to be an outstanding dish, with a light wine sauce and the rich flavor of the mussels.

I ordered the lunch course. The Appetizers were plated beautifully, and they were not only nice to look at but also tasted great! The pasta was gorgonzola and tomato pasta, with the saltiness, rich cheese, and tomato umami coming together beautifully. It was the kind of flavor that makes you want to eat it again, and it was a restaurant that made me want to visit for dinner too.

This time, we had the chef’s Omakase full course, along with a course that came with a 6-glass pairing matched to the dishes! It included a soup made with soft roe, oyster risotto, and pasta topped with ikura (salmon roe) and uni (sea urchin)... Every single dish made for an incredibly luxurious course. We felt excited every time a new plate came out!

Braceria Delizioso Italia, about a 5-minute walk from Ebisu Station on the Tokyo Metro or JR lines, is an Italian restaurant where you can enjoy meat dishes cooked in a wood-fired oven and regional Italian cuisine from across Italy.
The interior, designed like a mountain lodge, has a relaxed feel and offers a comfortable space with the warmth of wood.
They offer 9 kinds of pasta, including penne, trenette, and gnocchi, which you can enjoy with about 20 traditional sauces from different parts of Italy.
There is a wide range of flavors, including tomato sauce, cream sauce, and squid ink, and the staff will explain which pasta pairs well with (Each) sauce.
The charcoal ember grilled meat dishes, one of this restaurant's draws, are also a must try.
This old style cooking method slowly grills the meat to a juicy finish using steady retained heat. They also offer many different cuts, including T-bone and Chuck Eye Roll.

In a back alley of Ebisu, this restaurant feels just like Italy, and you can enjoy traditional Italian cuisine here! The bistecca baked in a wood fired oven is irresistible for its aroma, juiciness, and rich flavor✨There were only two of us, but we finished it in no time! Not just the meat, but the pasta and Appetizers too, and honestly, whatever you order will be delicious.

I had the pasta, my companion chose the risotto, and we shared. The pasta was an oyster and tomato peperoncino. It came with plenty of oysters. The sauce was also full of oyster flavor and tasted great, so much so that there was not enough bread. The risotto was the "Today’s Risotto." It used four kinds of cheese and had a rich taste. Even so, the portion was just right, so it did not feel too heavy.

The signature dish “Zetsubo no Supagetti (Despair Spaghetti),” which many people order, is an addictive house specialty.
It is a meat sauce based pasta combined with olives and mushroom cream, with just the right touch of garlic. It is loaded with ingredients and has a very striking look.

・Soup carbonara with egg, bacon, and asparagus
The pasta is very chewy, and the soup is also very creamy, making it a perfect match for the pasta just as it is! If you order a baguette or rice ball with the leftover soup and enjoy it like a risotto, you get to enjoy it twice.

・Zetsubou no Supagetti (Spaghetti of Despair)
Just looking at it makes the excitement hard to contain. One sip of the soup, and the rich tomato sauce loaded with cheese has a deep flavor with accents of garlic and chili pepper. It is not extremely spicy, and the garlic is not too strong.

There are more than 20 kinds of luxurious pasta on the menu, generously packed with fresh seafood and vegetables.
The photo shows the most popular pasta, "Carbonara with nama-hamu (dry-cured ham)." The salty taste of the thinly sliced nama-hamu on top goes perfectly with the creamy sauce.

The clam chowder, made with a rich broth from thick meaty asari (Japanese littleneck clams) along with vegetables and bacon, is said to be the perfect side for pasta.
It is known for a lighter taste than it looks, with vegetables that bring out their natural sweetness and the great savory flavor of the bacon.

I ordered penne all'arrabbiata. The balance of the tomato acidity and the sharp spiciness was good, and the garlic aroma made it an appetizing dish. The penne had a nice bite, the sauce coated it well, and it felt satisfying. The interior felt open and airy, with an atmosphere that made it easy to stop by during lunch or while taking a break from shopping.

With all kinds of pasta on offer, including pasta dishes like peperoncino and bolognese, I chose the kinoko cheese risotto. The rich cheese mixed well with the risotto, and the aroma of the mushrooms came through nicely. It looked like a small portion, but it was quite filling and very Manzoku.

One dish that gets great reviews is the “Ada Obaachan (grandmother) Chokuden (passed down recipe) Saba (mackerel) no Spaghetti Lemon Flavor.”
This spaghetti uses saba, which is not very common in pasta dishes in Japan, and it is said to have a light, refreshing taste.

Every dish had a reliably good taste, and I was very satisfied again this time. There are three kinds of lunch courses, and I chose the one that lets you enjoy pasta and fish. The main fish was Sea Bream, and its thick cut and flaky finish left a strong impression. It was a dish that really let the quality of the ingredients shine through. The restaurant is also very comfortable, making it the kind of appealing place where you might end up staying longer than planned.

It was a course with pasta and meat, and you can choose from various types of pasta noodles. The thick chewy pasta with ragu sauce was very delicious. The meat was grilled pork Chuck Eye Roll, and that was also very good. I also liked how they casually recommended the dessert.

Along with classic peperoncino and tomato sauce types, they also offer a wide range of original pasta dishes.

They offer a lineup of wines that pair perfectly with pasta, and all 20 varieties are available at the same price.
The amount served varies by label, and they offer a style that lets you enjoy Special wines selected for the season. It is nice that even wine beginners can order with ease.

The pasta of the day was duck oil pasta. It came with lots of vegetables too, and the colors looked really great! It was generously topped with plenty of duck, and since it was an oil-based pasta, it went down nice and easily. Because they use fresh pasta, the noodles had a chewy texture! The slightly thick noodles were nice too☺️

I had the A Set of gorgonzola pasta. The rich sauce paired really well with the fettuccine, and it was very delicious! The pumpkin soup in the set had a gentle flavor, and the Appetizers included a nice burdock marinade as well.

Among the many pasta dishes on the menu, the clear number one favorite is the "frittata."
This dish is made by mixing egg into a special meat sauce and cooking it omelet style. It is said to have a crisp texture on the outside, along with a gentle mouthfeel.
ゴブリン0928
I ordered the Ario Special. It was basically peperoncino. From the first bite, the pepper had quite a sharp kick. It was spicier than a typical peperoncino. The pasta was on the firm side and had a satisfying bite. With its perfect appetite-whetting aroma of garlic, dried chili pepper, and black pepper all mixed together, this pasta was highly satisfying.

Yokohama-D
The fritterata itself lets you enjoy the browned outside and the texture of slightly firm pasta around the edges, but once you put your fork in and mix it with the creamy pasta inside, you discover what this dish is really all about. Even though it feels completely new, it also has a familiar, almost nostalgic taste, and you can keep eating it without stopping for a single bite.

They offer a pasta menu with a wide range of sauces, and among them, Japanese style pasta featuring Japanese ingredients like natto (fermented soybeans), tarako (salted cod roe), and ume (Japanese plum) is especially popular.
The "mentaiko (spicy cod roe)" pasta gets good reviews for its simple but tasty combination of chewy noodles and pleasantly spicy mentaiko.
Photograph:ま1330
The dessert menu is also extensive, so To finish after fully enjoying the pasta, these are well worth trying.
Starting with affogato, a classic Italian dessert, they also offer sweets you can enjoy for both looks and taste, such as "yaki-ringo (baked apple) and vanilla with fruit sauce" and "vanilla and ogura (sweet red bean paste) mille-feuille."
YUMA09
Their signature Japanese style pasta known as Hashiya-kei is loaded with ingredients like tarako (salted cod roe), uni (sea urchin), and natto (fermented soybeans). Served in a wooden bowl, the pasta has chewy noodles that hold the rich sauce well. The portions are very filling and satisfying. On this day, I ordered the "tarako cream" from the pasta of the day. The salty taste of tarako (salted cod roe) blends perfectly with the creamy sauce, making it rich but not too heavy. The "shiso ika natto pasta" I had before had a light Japanese style flavor, and one of the nice things here is the wide range of both Japanese and Western style pasta options.

Trattoria Monolito is an Italian restaurant where you can casually enjoy authentic Italian cuisine and good wine.
It stands quietly in a residential area of Kinuta, Setagaya Ward, and the stylish interior is said to have a Sicilian feel. In addition to table and counter seating, it also has terrace seats.

The dishes served by the chef, who trained in Sicily, make generous use of Setagaya vegetables and fresh seafood shipped directly from Numazu Port.
The pasta is also well liked for being authentic. A popular specialty pasta uses Sardinian karasumi (dried mullet roe) and whitebait landed at Numazu Port.

They source only high quality meat from Hokkaido and Kumamoto Prefecture, and serve it grilled over a shichirin (small charcoal grill).
The Wagyu Top sirloin, slowly grilled over the shichirin, is said to fill your mouth with juicy flavor and rich taste. The vegetables also seem to be just as good as the meat.

The salad had lots of ingredients, and the vegetables were very good, so I felt they really use quality ingredients. I visited for lunch on a day off. The pasta and main dish were both very good, but what impressed me most was actually the carpaccio! The fresh fish was cut so thick that it hardly felt like an appetizer, and it was absolutely delicious. They offer a lineup of carbonara dishes that let you enjoy the rich depth of eggs and cheese, with a full-bodied taste that still keeps an excellent balance.
As you would expect from a specialty restaurant, the menu comes with plenty of variety. For first-time visitors, the recommended choice is the "Odo no Bacon no Carbonara (Classic Bacon Carbonara)," made with bacon known for its strong umami.

The "Genovese Carbonara" uses a homemade sauce made with a careful balance of carbonara, tomato, and basil.
It is said to be a dish where the richness of the carbonara, the aroma of the basil, and the acidity of the tomato go very well together. The color balance looks great too.

I visited at lunchtime, and the restaurant balanced a casual feel with a nice atmosphere, making it easy to drop in even on your own. Here, every carbonara is made with real care. The rich, full-bodied sauce is finished with only eggs and cheese, not cream. It was very delicious!
