What I ordered was the Omurice in the photo. That beautiful yellow color...!It looked delicious at a glance. The egg was not the soft and runny style that has been trendy lately, but a classic style cooked through. The ketchup rice inside was also well seasoned. It went perfectly with the rich demi-glace sauce.

This time, I went simple with the mozzarella Omurice! The bread, soaked with rich butter, was soft and delicious!! The Omurice with cheese mixed in felt fresh and different, and since the amount of cheese wasn’t too much, it wasn’t heavy and was easy to eat. The fluffy potatoes were filling too—such a nice bonus! You eat it with salt.

The fluffy soufflé Omurice is the best. A huge one sits right on top, but since it is a soufflé, it does not feel heavy at all. I finished it in no time. Why does Omurice make you feel so happy〜. It was really delicious!

I had the Hamburger Steak doria. The egg was not so much runny as pleasantly soft, and the Hamburger Steak was packed with meat while the juices were fairly restrained. The demi-glace sauce also had a rich flavor, making it a satisfying dish.

・Omu-gohan (omelet over rice)
A Japanese style omu-gohan made with mentaiko (spicy cod roe)✨I’m not that into ketchup rice, so this made me happy〜! The mentaiko rice had just the right seasoning and wasn’t too salty. The omelet came with the restaurant’s owl mark on it, and this also had a Japanese style taste, maybe with shirodashi (light-colored Japanese soup stock)? It went perfectly with the rice.

アンパー

The soup is a light wakame (seaweed) soup, and the crisp texture and flavor of the green onions keep it nice and refreshing. The mugen cabbage (bottomless cabbage) I chose as the small side dish is seasoned mainly with black pepper and mayonnaise, and true to its name, once you start eating it, you just can’t stop.
