The champagne is great. The food is great. Everything is delicious. The panna cotta for dessert is good, and the panna cotta in the Appetizers is good too. The service is polite, and the staff are friendly. The course menu is great for a big group, and I think it would also be good to ask about ordering A la carte!

The terrine had a rich seafood flavor and a soft texture on the tongue. The agnolotti with cacao dough had a unique but very refined taste. Great with wine♡The pork steak was reliably tasty. I like it with mustard, garlic, and balsamic vinegar. The Beef Tongue was very tender, and the sauce was really good. I should have ordered the baguette.

The wines were all very good and easy on the wallet, so I ended up drinking a lot.

The Kujo negi (Kujo green onion) and oyster risotto was a dish with a great balance of the green onion’s flavor and the rich taste of the oysters, and it stood out as one of the most memorable dishes this time. The Scotch egg also had a nice contrast between the texture of the coating on the outside and the juicy inside, making it a very satisfying dish.

The service is wonderful, the atmosphere is lovely, the space is stylish, and the food is great—this is a fantastic restaurant all around. I went on a weekday, and the place was still bustling with customers. My top recommendation is the VAMOS Steak. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth good, and the flaming presentation was also amazing. The soup that day was new onion soup. It was incredibly sweet, creamy, and delicious. The quiche and bread were both freshly made, piping hot, and soft. The main dish, Top blade, was thick and meaty, with a satisfying bite while still letting you enjoy the good flavor of lean beef! It even came with a drink at the end, so this price felt reasonable.
