I ordered their signature Omurice. The soft, runny egg gently wrapped around the rice, and when I cut into it with a knife, it opened up and spread out from the center. I chose the demi-glace sauce, and it was rich without being too heavy, pairing really well with the egg and rice. The rice was also seasoned lightly, with a soft butter aroma that spread nicely.

I visited for dinner. The Omurice with demi-glace sauce flavored with aka miso (red miso), a Nagoya specialty, was delicious. The soft egg mellowed the rich demi-glace sauce, and I enjoyed the layers of flavor as the taste of aka miso came through in the finish. I also like the restaurant’s cute atmosphere.

They cut the Omurice right in front of you and pour on the sauce. Of course, it tastes great too.
