Kohiiya Wacca

Coffee Shop Wacca is a cafe located inside Nikaimachi Shotengai (Nikaimachi Shopping Street), about a 10-minute walk from Himeji Station. The interior is stylish, with antique style furniture and decor arranged with great taste.

You can enjoy a daily changing lunch and sweets such as cake.

The sweets at this shop have an elegant sweetness and are said to pair perfectly with both coffee and tea. It is also nice that they come with fruit on the side as a palate cleanser.

Many reviews said that since there are table seats for one, you can enjoy a relaxing cafe time.

The lunch menu is popular because it lets you enjoy a variety of side dishes. It uses plenty of vegetables, and the seasoning is said to be gentle and wholesome.

For an additional charge, you can add a drink and dessert, and get extra servings of rice.

They offer many healthy menu items, such as multigrain rice and steamed vegetables, and everything was probably Homemade and very delicious. Best of all, even the seasonings were Homemade: the sauce for the steamed vegetables had a nice garlic aroma, and the ponzu sauce for the Kara-age had plenty of grated daikon radish, so it did not feel like "food that seems healthy," but rather "food that is good for you." The interior also has great taste and is lovely.

The interior is very stylish, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I chose cheesecake and black tea. The cheesecake was not too sweet, and I could really enjoy the flavor of the cheese. It was very good. The black tea was also nice, and I was able to relax and take my time.

Rebirth Village

Rebirth Village, about an 8-minute walk from Aboshi Station, is a cafe where you can enjoy dishes, sweets, and drinks made with ingredients they grow themselves.

The interior has furnishings with the warmth of wood, giving it a homey atmosphere.

The sweets at the shop mainly feature items made with the in-house brand Yaochan Ichigo (Yaochan Strawberries).

The "Shizenha Ichigo Parfait" in the photo is said to have an excellent harmony of sweet-tart strawberries and gently sweet cream.

At lunchtime, popular set menus pair a main dish such as pasta or Hamburger Steak with salad and other sides.

The photo shows the curry plate. The curry, slowly simmered with Yao-chan Tomato and vegetables, has just the right level of spice and an addictive taste, according to diners.

I had the lunch Hamburger Steak. Among the cafes in this area, the menu is especially stylish. The seasoning was simple and tasty. You can choose the dressing for the salad, and it was my first time trying strawberry flavor. It had a light sweetness and a nice aroma, and it was surprisingly good.

The toast and waffles were both delicious, and since I came in at a good time of day, I was able to relax with tea until my next plan. There was also a shop, with lots of daily goods and products that looked good for you to use in cooking.

リリケン

The sandwich with plenty of egg in moist bread is a classic! The almond toast on thick cut bread has a strong sweetness and a nice crunchy texture! I also like how rich and soaked it is♪ The coffee has a solid bitterness, yet it drinks clean and easy. I’m also happy that the cup is on the larger side. Just like a Himeji Breakfast, it comes with ketchup spaghetti!

I had the seasonal 32-layer Amaou ichigo (strawberry) mochi layered crepe tart. The cross section was incredibly cute. Chewy crepes and gyuhi (soft rice cake) are layered together in this tart, making it irresistible for anyone with a sweet tooth. It comes with plenty of strawberries, plus cream, custard, and jam, and the tart base is cheesecake, making it quite a rich dessert.

I ordered the grown-up okosama lunch (children’s lunch) I had wanted to try for so long. Everything was tasty, and the chicken was especially good. I was able to enjoy my meal at a relaxed pace. I’d like to go again.

・Brulee in Baum Set
Inside the moist baumkuchen is plenty of custard cream. It is rich with a lower moisture content. The caramelized top adds a nice toasty flavor, and at this price, it satisfies both your appetite and your craving for sweets.

I came for Breakfast. I'll go with the asagopan set. I chose tuna and curry, and ordered rooibos tea today. They can warm up the bread. Each piece comes individually wrapped, so it's good for Takeout too. It was good.
