This time, in addition to ordering à la carte, we chose the All you can drink course with Japanese sake (JPY3,600). The Japanese sake was served in a style where the owner would bring out the next recommendation after we finished the current one, and from the well-known labels to the ones we had never heard of, every Japanese sake was great! Wow, it had been a long time since I had drunk this much Japanese sake... The food was all delicious too, and we were completely satisfied!

I found this restaurant when I stayed in Fukuyama during a trip to Hiroshima. Even from the outside, the place has a really charming atmosphere. The food is incredibly good. On this day, I had anago (conger eel) sashimi and the house special tofu, among other dishes. Each item was carefully prepared, and the drinks went down very smoothly.

The menu is entirely in Hangul, and rather than just feeling like a Korean restaurant, the place feels like you have come to Korea. The drinks also include unique options such as Micho (Fruit vinegar) sours. The dakhanmari Hot Pot is excellent. It is full of collagen and all sorts of good things, and the chicken tastes great. The sauce also has a deep flavor, mixed with vinegar and heat. It was a taste I had never had before, and I am Manzoku.
