The recommended charcoal grilled yakitori uses Suigo-dori (brand chicken from Chiba Prefecture).
They grill it in a way that renders off only the excess fat while concentrating its flavor. The lineup includes standard cuts such as thigh, skin, and bonjiri (tail).
The tsukune (chicken meatball skewer) is made by in-house grinding four different cuts of suigo-dori (free-range chicken from the Suigo area). Its appeal is the soft texture along with the crunchy bite of cartilage.
Besides the standard salt and tare sauce flavors, they also offer “ume shiso tsukune” and “tsukimi tsukune.”
Tsuki no Ie is an izakaya (Japanese pub) where you can relax and enjoy a calm atmosphere. It offers everything from classic izakaya dishes to seasonal specials, and each one is carefully prepared and pairs well with drinks.

It was a course with All you can drink, and we enjoyed a full spread of fresh sashimi, carpaccio, large gyoza (dumplings), grilled mackerel, yurinchi (fried chicken with sauce), soba noodles, and warabi-mochi (bracken starch dumpling). We washed it all down with plenty of beer, chilled sake, and highballs, and the conversation really got going♪

The oysters were large, but not coarse in flavor, and had lots of umami and tasted great〜. The tender tongue steak was best with salt. I’m glad there’s a good place nearby. Thank you, thank you.

The dishes kept coming one after another, and I was impressed by the flavors right from the start…! In particular, the restaurant’s signature "dashimaki tamago (Japanese rolled omelet with dashi)" looked beautiful, had a soft, jiggly texture, and tasted great… It made me think, "I’m definitely ordering this again next time…!" The chicken with green onion sauce was also very hearty… the meat was so tender it was falling apart… and I was completely satisfied!
