Yakiniku Kitan Minamisemba

Yakiniku Kitan Minamisenba is a Yakiniku restaurant about a 9-minute walk from Hommachi Station. Here you can enjoy aged kuroge wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu), with the flavor concentrated to bring out more umami.

Inside, the restaurant has multiple stylish Private rooms. Private rooms are available for groups of 2 or more, making this a place where you can dine in a relaxed setting.

When fresh Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) is dry aged, the amino acid levels in the lean meat increase, which boosts its umami.

The signature dish is the “jukusei tan (aged beef tongue).” It is a Special thick cut tongue grilled by the staff, and it is known for its surprisingly rich flavor and texture.

There are several courses that include a tasting comparison of popular tongue cuts and rare cuts as well. You can also order à la carte.

At lunchtime, they offer a wide range of set meals where you can grill Aged meat on the roaster set at your table while eating rice, as well as jubako (tiered box) menus with meat served over rice.

Until now, I had always ordered a course, but this time I reserved just a table and ordered à la carte. I had the kimchi assortment, Beef Tongue, lean meat assortment, Outside skirt, cold noodles, and more, and everything was delicious, so I was very satisfied. The Beef Tongue was so good that I ordered another serving. If I get the chance, I would love to visit again.

空間グルメオタク

This was a place where the atsugiri tan (thick cut beef tongue) was simply in a class of its own. Tucked away in a calm basement in Minamisenba, it has a hidden gem feel, with just the right lighting and perfect spacing at the counter. First, we started with the limited quantity Atsugiri Tan. Each bite brought out more and more flavor. The outside was nicely browned, while the inside stayed rare and melt-in-your-mouth tender.

Sojuen HANARE

Sojuen HANARE is a Yakiniku restaurant located about a 9-minute walk from Hommachi Station and about a 5-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station. It is the second branch of a popular restaurant that has been run by three generations, from grandfather to parent and child.

The space is simple and chic. The 1st floor has counter seating, and the 2nd and 3rd floors have table seating, so it works well for many different occasions.

The meat is sourced from trusted suppliers they have built relationships with over time, and they limit it to female Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) selected for its beautiful color and the quality of its fat. Their Horumon cuts are fresh too, and are said to grow more flavorful with every bite.

Another plus is that each table's roaster is equipped with an exhaust duct, so you can enjoy Yakiniku without worrying about the smoke.

The rare Wagyu tongue called kuro-tan (black tongue) is especially popular. It is cut on the thicker side, and people say it tastes great grilled and eaten simply with wasabi for a fresh finish.

They also offer a full range of side dishes like namul (seasoned vegetable side dishes) and salads, along with plenty of alcoholic drinks. The rice, cooked from a blend chosen to pair well with Yakiniku, is also said to be very good.

美味しく食べれるうちが華

This restaurant lets you enjoy high quality Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) female cattle in a calm setting. Start with the tongue. It is nice that they have kuro-tan (black beef tongue). It is thick cut with a nice bit of chew, yet cuts cleanly. More than anything, it had rich flavor and tasted great. It goes well not only with lemon but also with wasabi. The premium kalbi is the Chuck rib cut. The fine marbling is beautiful

The meat in general is incredibly good. The shio-tan (salted beef tongue) and Outside skirt are both juicy and almost melt in your mouth. The rare cuts are also delicious. It stays open late at night, and this may have just been luck, but I was able to get reservations right away two times in a row, which was convenient.

Yakiniku Manno Shinsaibashi Ten

Yakiniku Manno Shinsaibashi Ten is a Yakiniku restaurant located about an 11-minute walk from Hommachi Station, along Sankyubashi-dori Street. The restaurant offers around 80 different cuts of beef.

The space has the warm feel of a log house. It has counter seats with small shichirin (charcoal grills) built in, as well as Semi-private room seating around round tables.

One thing that stands out is that if you sit at the counter, you can order the meat one slice at a time. It is a style that lets you compare different cuts and try small portions of premium meat if that is what you are looking for.

There was also a review saying that even if you are not sure how long to grill it, the staff will guide you, so you can feel at ease.

For table seating, the courses and assortments come recommended. They include All you can drink, and people say you can enjoy plenty of popular cuts.

Because they buy whole Wagyu cattle, they can also offer rare cuts and serve fresh Horumon. At lunchtime, they also offer reasonably priced Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) menu items.

It was a cold day outside, but I warmed right up. I think that was because I ate something really good. At this restaurant, I think it’s best to order the Horumon dishes.

Fukushige Horumon Osaka Ten

Fukushige Horumon Osaka Ten, about a 9-minute walk from Hommachi Station, is a Yakiniku restaurant run by a Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) specialty shop founded in 1969.

It has a spacious tatami-floored zashiki (traditional floor seating) area, making it perfect for groups. Every seat is equipped with a smokeless roaster that pulls in the smoke.

They serve whole purchased A4 to A5 rank Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) from Kagoshima Prefecture. You can enjoy richly flavored cuts, including rare parts.

Their specialty is the "Outside skirt," a cut from the cow's diaphragm. The limited quantity "Maboroshi no Harami" is also popular for its sweetness and tender texture.

There are several courses to choose from, including multiple hearty options big enough to leave you completely full. Another feature is that they can put together a course to match your budget.

The dishes coated in the house-made sauce are also popular. The bold seasoning seems to make rice and alcohol go down easy for many people.

ンパ

They cut the good parts of the Beef Tongue into thick slices, so it takes time to cook, but while it grills on the Teppan-yaki, the anticipation builds. It was as good as I hoped. I heard this is a long-established restaurant, and they have kept using the same sauce recipe all along. These days, it’s rare to find such a rich, full-flavored dipping sauce. The seasoning sauce rubbed into the meat tasted sweet.

A Yakiniku place I want to recommend to everyone. No matter which cut of meat you order here, you’ll be satisfied! For salad, Fukuju Salad is the only choice. It comes topped with plenty of kombu kelp, and the dressing is rich and tasty. I think everything you eat here is so good it will make your cheeks melt♪

The signature Horumon comes in a very wide variety, and each one is carefully prepared and surprisingly good. They have no off notes and are easy to eat, so even people who do not usually eat much Horumon will probably get hooked. The drink lineup is also good, and pairing them with wine or sours makes it even better!

の❕

This time, we ordered loin, tongue, toro-tetchan (fatty beef intestine), and meat sushi. The tongue was well seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic, and it was plenty tasty even without lemon. I had also heard from an acquaintance that the meat sushi was good, so I gave it a try. The lightly seared meat had a nice savory aroma, and it was a very Manzoku dish.

There are two lunch sets, one with chicken and one with sausage, and JPY1200 for a loaded plate with beef, pork, Horumon, and more is more than easy on the wallet✨️The meat is tasty, and it even comes with salad and soup. The inside is clean too, and I’ll definitely be coming back

The atmosphere was very nice, and the service was quite good. The restaurant was clean, and I was shown to a Semi-private room seat, so I could enjoy my meal in a relaxed setting. The premium salted tongue is high quality and delicious, but the thick cut tongue steak is a must! Is it their signature dish? I definitely want you to try it. The price is a little high (2 pieces JPY2948 Tax Included), but I think the taste fully justifies it. This is what I work for. At the counter seats, another draw is getting to watch up close as the owner explains each cut and grills the meat to just the right doneness.

Sumiyaki Mizu Shichirin Yakiniku Takumi Tajima Hommachi

Sumibiyaki Mizu Shichirin Yakiniku Takumi Tajima Honmachi, about a 3-minute walk from Exit 7 of Hommachi Station, is a Yakiniku restaurant where you can also enjoy All you can eat kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef).

The interior has a chic look throughout. They offer spacious table seating and zashiki (tatami floor seating), and there are also calm Semi-private rooms.

A small stove called a mizu-shichirin (small tabletop grill with water in the base) is set on the table, and the meat is grilled over bincho-zumi (high grade charcoal).

The key point is that the power of the steam helps the meat cook up juicy and tender. Rather than focusing on specific brands, they serve the recommended Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) of the day.

You can also enjoy A4 and A5 grade Miyazaki-gyu (Miyazaki beef), known for its rich umami. A popular choice is the "Miyazaki-gyu 5-kind assortment".

There is also an All you can eat plan that includes Miyazaki-gyu. Guests like that it offers not only a wide variety of meat cuts, but also seafood and grilled vegetables.

n.keiko16525

I fell in love at first sight with the Miyazaki-gyu (Miyazaki beef) stair assortment! It made me so happy to enjoy five kinds of Miyazaki-gyu♪ The meat was super juicy, and the roast had the best balance of lean meat and fat, so it was my favorite(^-^) The tongue steak came in large dice-shaped pieces, but they cut it in half with scissors to make it easier to chew. The Outside skirt in the deluxe Wagyu assortment was so tender( ゚Д゚)ウマー!

大阪真由美

The table turned into a parade of meat♪ meat♪. Even the sauce-marinated items stayed tender, maybe because the mizu-shichirin (water-cooled charcoal brazier) steam-cooked them so the meat's flavor did not escape. My favorite was the bone-in kalbi (Korean-style short ribs)♡ I was so happy that the course also included seafood. You can choose the amount of rice too, so I left totally Manzoku. This course comes with All you can drink, so it is perfect for Year-End Party and (assorted varieties available) Banquet.

YAKINIKUEN Shinohi Sakaisuji Hommachi Ten

YAKINIKUEN Nindoki Sakaisuji Hommachi Ten is a branch of the Yakiniku restaurant whose Honten is in Higashi-Shinsaibashi, where you can enjoy Domestic beef selected for its freshness and quality.

Although it is in the basement of a building, it has a bright and calm atmosphere. They can move the partitions around, so it can also be used like a Semi-private room depending on the size of your group.

The signature dish is "Atsugiri Negi Tsutsumi Tan (thick cut beef tongue stuffed with chopped green onion)." It is served in a style where slits are cut into the thick beef tongue and finely chopped green onion is packed inside.

As the outer beef tongue cooks, the green onion steams inside and absorbs the meat juices, making it tasty with a pleasant springy texture.

The "shabu-yaki," where thinly sliced Wagyu beef is topped with negi (green onion), grilled on just one side, and then rolled up to eat, is popular, as is the Horumon with no off notes.

They also offer a course where you can try about 10 popular dishes, and the alcohol menu is extensive.

The quality of the meat really stood out, and I was especially impressed by how tender and juicy the kalbi (short rib) and Outside skirt were. Grilling them over charcoal brought out an even better smoky aroma, and the flavor went perfectly with rice. The dining room felt clean, and the staff were polite, so I had a very comfortable time. The side menu was also extensive, and the reimen (cold noodles) and kimchi were tasty too, so I’d like to come back again with friends.

Not only did the lineup look great, with items like thick cut negi shio tan (salted beef tongue with green onions) and tan yukhoe kimbap, but the taste and texture were just as good as they looked, and absolutely irresistible. The meat also had a very refined flavor and texture, making it a highly satisfying Yakiniku meal.

Yakiniku O-kini Ryotaro

Yakiniku Okini Ryotaro is a Yakiniku restaurant located a 10-minute walk from Hommachi Station. The owner, a former comedian, runs the restaurant with the hope that customers will have a great time.

On the first floor, there is counter seating where you can also enjoy chatting with the staff, and on the second floor, there is table seating that makes it easy to enjoy lively conversation with your group.

You can also enjoy the live feel of watching beautifully marbled Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) with clean fat being sliced right in front of you.

One highlight of the Chateaubriand is that you can choose sizes from 50g up to a thick 400g. It is perfect whether you want just a little or want to share a hearty cut of meat with friends.

The "Wagyu tororo-yaki shabu" is a dish of thinly sliced Wagyu, quickly seared, then enjoyed with a sauce made by mixing grated yamaimo (Japanese mountain yam) tororo and egg yolk.

At the counter seats, the staff grill it for you, and people say chatting with them is part of the fun.

When we visited, they cut the meat right in front of us before serving it, so we got to enjoy very fresh meat. I think the Chateaubriand and the assorted lean cuts are must-order items! The sauce is not that strong, so it tasted even better with extra garlic or salt. The staff were also very pleasant and provided wonderful service.

I also like that it comes with plenty of yakumi (condiments). The sauce is fairly light, so even rich, fatty Horumon like marucho (beef small intestine) tastes light and good. The sauce is really great‼️The food is delicious too, and everyone on staff is friendly, giving the place a bright and relaxed feel. It gives you a boost‼️This restaurant has the full package: good food, good service, and good value for money‼️

Nikuyaki Izakaya Mahoro

Niku-yaki Izakaya Mahoro is in a location with easy access from Hommachi Station and Shinsaibashi Station. It is a place where you can grill meat right at your table while eating and drinking in an izakaya-style setting.

Beyond the casual table seating lined with round stools, there are also more relaxed seats with chairs that have backrests and sofas, where you can take your time and unwind.

They also offer Special cuts such as ramushin (a rare cut from the center of the round) from Japanese Black Wagyu and Sirloin cap from the tip of the rump.

The "Extra Thick Beef Tongue Steak" is also a popular cut, and people love enjoying the thick slices simply with salt or lemon juice.

They also offer a wide range of izakaya style dishes, including seafood you can grill yourselves and enjoy just like Yakiniku, bacon, and easy snacks like Kara-age and French fries.

The drink menu is also well stocked, with Japanese sake, makgeolli, and soft drinks, and they also have All you can drink plans.

The tsurami (part of the cheek) yukhoe lets you enjoy both the texture and umami, and the rich egg yolk makes it absolutely irresistible. The Mountain chain tripe was also fresh with a great texture, and I was Surprising at how good the deep fried broccoli was. Everything was delicious and the value for money was excellent. With a wide selection ranging from Yakiniku menu items to izakaya menu items, plus a location close to the station, this is a place I definitely recommend for everyday dining.

If you want to enjoy both an izakaya (Japanese pub) menu and Yakiniku at the same place and feel like trying a bit of everything, these dishes will really hit the spot (← me too). I also wanted to eat things like shrimp with mayo, but the meat was so good that once I enjoyed the meat, I had no room left, so I want to go back and try it next time too ᐠ( ᐛ )ᐟ

Itamae Yakiniku Ichigyu Shinsaibashi Ten

Itamae Yakiniku Ichigyu Shinsaibashi Ten is located about a 7-minute walk from Hommachi Station, along Junkemachi-dori Street. This Yakiniku restaurant is particular about using female Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef).

The interior has a clean feel with white as the main color. There are lively counter seats, Semi-private room seating like box seats, and zashiki (tatami seating) for larger groups.

At the counter seats, you can watch the meat being cut right in front of you, so they are recommended for people looking for a live, immersive experience.

Rather than focusing on brands, the restaurant buys a whole female cow in the best condition at the time, and you can also compare different rare cuts of meat.

The signature dish is the "Manager Special sudare steak," made by cutting a large piece from a high quality cut, scoring it with fine cuts so it cooks through easily, and serving it that way.

They are known for a lineup of dishes that let you fully enjoy the good flavor of the meat, including melt in your mouth Strip loin and sweet tasting Chateaubriand steaks.

Enjoy luxurious Yakiniku at Itamae Yakiniku Ichigyu Shinsaibashi Ten. The style, with the chef carefully grilling the meat right in front of you, feels Special, and the meat tastes especially good. The beef tongue and Outside skirt in particular are tender and full of flavor, on an impressive level. The calm space and polite service also make it perfect for a special occasion or business entertainment.

AYACOCO

The manager’s Special sudare steak. Here, you cut up a big slab of meat with scissors. For Horumon, we had the Premium tetchan and the Premium here-sando. The beer kept going down easy. We also had a namul assortment. Everything was tender, and you could really tell the meat was top quality. It feels like a great deal to enjoy branded beef at this price.
