・Rustica/Margherita
It had a refined taste, and the double cheese combo of mozzarella and ricotta worked very well together, giving it a light finish. The Margherita was the same, with a chewy crust, crisp and puffy edges, and a nice toasted aroma from the char.

With its price, Manzoku, and atmosphere, this place goes well beyond the bounds of a "local Italian" spot and shows real skill. It is easy to see why this popular restaurant requires reservations. The staff were warmly attentive too, and I was able to enjoy great food and conversation with friends to the fullest. The small space with about 18 seats also makes it feel even more comfortable. I want to savor how lucky I am to enjoy such wonderful pizza locally.

First of all, I really like the texture of the dough. It is not overly chewy, and the clean bite, just-right melt-in-your-mouth feel, crisp bake, and salt level that does not overpower are all excellent. The tomato sauce has a rich flavor with a good balance of acidity and umami.

I think it is in an easy-to-find spot near the Shinsakae intersection. The restaurant has a calm, casual atmosphere that feels easy to walk into without hesitation. The pizzas are on the larger side and definitely filling. They are not so big that you cannot finish them, but they are quite large.
