Bills Shichirigahama is a popular spot where you can enjoy great pancakes while looking out over the Shonan coast.
It also has pet-friendly terrace seating, making it easy to stop by during a walk or drive.

It is open from Breakfast through dinner, and some customers stop by just for the cafe.
The signature "ricotta pancakes - fresh banana, honeycomb butter" are said to have a soft and airy texture, with a great balance of ricotta cheese and honeycomb butter.

For drinks, they offer items like the kuro goma vanilla shake (black sesame vanilla shake) as well as blended juices made with fruit and vegetables.
The stylish coffee drinks with latte art are also recommended. Be sure to try one with your café break.

Combined with the Shichirigahama location, I was able to spend a Special time there. I ordered the Bills Plate, and the jam and butter were a perfect match. I also liked that it came with salad and eggs, which made it feel healthy. The famous pancakes were light, but I could still really taste the eggs, and they were soft, fluffy, and absolutely delicious.

I made a reservation for 8 in the morning and visited. The interior was very calm, and I could stay and relax at my own pace. The classic ricotta pancakes were outstanding, with their airy texture and a rich butter that went perfectly with the batter that was not too sweet! The view and the atmosphere inside were both great!

CHABAKKA TEA PARKS is a Japanese tea select shop where you can also stop in for a cafe visit, about a 1-minute walk from the west exit of JR Kamakura Station and Enoden Kamakura Station.
The tea leaf aroma fills the interior, which has counter and table seating. On nice days, the terrace seats look especially pleasant.

The Japanese tea at this shop is limited to ichibancha (the first flush tea of the year) selected from around Japan and organic single origin tea.
The photo shows self serve mizudashi ryokucha (cold brewed green tea), a draft tea poured from a beer server.

They also serve carefully hand-dripped cups at Chabakka Tea Parks, where you can enjoy tea in a whole new way.
They also offer original gluten-free sweets, including rich pound cake made with hojicha (roasted green tea) and matcha (powdered green tea).
kn@グルメ日記
The matcha latte uses rare, high grade matcha from Uji, Kyoto. I tried it, and it was not too sweet, with a nice easy to drink balance. I ordered the matcha Okumidori canelé. When I ate it, the crisp outside and chewy inside made a great contrast, with a texture that makes you want to come back for more.

I stopped by this Japanese tea stand in Kamakura on a whim. Their specialty seemed to be draft tea, made by infusing Japanese tea with nitrogen gas, so I ordered the ryokucha (green tea). They also had draft hojicha (roasted green tea), by the way. It was a style where I got to pour it myself, and the mild foam felt like something totally new! The sweetness of the tea leaves also came through, and it was really delicious.

Kamakura Sabo Charin is a cafe where you can casually enjoy authentic nihoncha (Japanese tea) brewed by a Japanese tea sommelier.

The tea leaves are selected from different parts of Japan in a lineup that makes the most of this Japanese tea specialty shop’s strengths.
By adjusting the amount and temperature of the water and the brewing time to match the characteristics of the tea leaves, they make each cup the best it can be.

The sweets served alongside tea are called chagashi (tea sweets), and at this shop you can enjoy an item that changes with the season and from day to day.
Among them, the recommended choice is jounamagashi (fresh seasonal wagashi), small Japanese sweets that express Japan’s four seasons. It looks like a great place to enjoy a grown-up tea time with Japanese tea.

Gyokuro (premium shaded green tea) is a fascinating thing. The first cup, the second cup, and even the temperature of the water really change the flavor in a big way. I could enjoy not just the taste but also the changes in aroma, and it made for a very special experience. The sweets served with it are apparently sourced from a long established shop nearby, and their gentle, comforting sweetness was delicious. They also looked very cute♪

Since they serve omatcha (powdered green tea), I ordered it with a tea sweet. I chose the cold one. It had a slight bitterness but was refreshing, and it went well with the tea sweet, making it very delicious. It is a place I would like to stop by again when I come to Kamakura.

Tucked away down one of Kamakura’s narrow alleys, I found a cafe in a renovated kominka (traditional Japanese house). I came across it by chance while looking for a shrine I wanted to visit. The building, which was relocated from Shirakawa-go (historic village), has a lot of character. Since it was around 3 o’clock, I ordered coffee and cake. The Homemade cake was very good.

Parfaiteria Lilia is a cafe specializing in parfaits, produced by a French Italian restaurant in Kamakura.
Reviews say it usually operates as a different restaurant and opens as Parfaiteria only on days when that restaurant is closed, so it is a good idea to check the business days in advance.
This is a seasonal parfait that you can only enjoy for a limited time before the season ends. Made with a wide variety of ingredients, the parfait offers different flavors, textures, and aromas in each layer.
Its three-dimensional, artistic look is part of the appeal.
The parfaits come in regular or mini sizes, and in addition to A la carte, the drink set is also popular.
The lunch parfait course is also recommended, with salad and fresh hand cut pasta made from ingredients Special selected by the chef, including vegetables from Kamakura and Miura.

A cute, luxurious cafe that parfait lovers won’t be able to resist♡I had the two-chocolate and apricot parfait, which came with apricot sauce and black tea jelly, and even with the chocolate, it was delicious and not too sweet. BRISKSTAND KAMAKURA is popular for its hamburgers made with carefully selected ingredients and cooking methods, and besides Kamakura, it now has locations in Tokyo, Osaka, and other areas.
The space has a natural feel, with wood used throughout, including log stools. It seems like a handy spot to take a break or stop by for a cafe visit while exploring Kamakura.
The specialty is a menu item called "Kitta Yatsu," which, just as it looks, is a hamburger cut in half.
By letting the cut side soak up the meat juices and then grilling it a second time, it brings out the juicy flavor of the meat along with the buns' soft and crispy texture.
Photograph:takum428811
The menu also includes a simple classic series and standard cheeseburgers.
The hamburgers make the most of Special ingredients, including patties made with Domestic beef and Domestic natural salt with no binders, along with additive-free buns made with whole wheat flour.

The cake has a soft, light texture. It’s generous in size, but not heavy, so it’s easy to eat. It also comes with plenty of raisins and walnuts, showing real generosity. Pineapple kakigori (shaved ice). It had soft, fluffy ice and a juicy sauce with a real fruit feel. Rather than a sauce, it felt more like fruit blended in a mixer. It was my first time trying Basque cheesecake. The cheesecake that came out was baked to a dark brown on top. I learned that it is a cheesecake from the Basque region of Spain, and its key feature is baking it at a high temperature for a short time. Because of that, the surface gets a dark char while the inside stays creamy. I see, the charred part is pleasantly toasty, giving it a flavor that is a little different from regular cheesecake.

For drinks, they offer nihoncha (Japanese tea) with production regions Special selected from places like Miyazaki and Fukuoka.
Along with pairings for sweets, the "Organic Light Roast Coffee," created to go well with the dashi in the meal menu, is also popular.

I also had the sencha (green tea) and coffee for drinks, and the coffee clearly tasted like something brewed with a siphon, with a flavor somewhere between light and medium roast. It paired really well with the ochazuke (rice with tea or broth) and was very good. A lot comes down to whether you like the taste of mizudashi (cold brew) and light roasts, but rather than richness, it had a clean flavor with a light yet clear profile.

There are so many touches here that really make it feel distinctly Japanese, from the way they feature tea as a main ingredient to their one of a kind dashi bowl, a menu item you can only find here, which was so good it genuinely impressed me. Also, nearly all of the ingredients they use are Domestic.

Nishimikado have cafe has a bright, stylish interior wrapped in a warm atmosphere, making it a relaxing place to unwind.
Though it is relatively compact, there are counter seats, sofa seats, and wood-deck-style terrace seating.

At Nishimikado have cafe, you can stop by for Breakfast, lunch, or cafe time.
From fall to winter, their tsubo-yaki imo (pot-roasted sweet potatoes) are especially popular. They offer many varieties, with differences in texture and sweetness, from fluffy types to sticky ones.

The coffee here is a point of pride. The “Ethiopia Mocha Nekemte” is said to be fruity, with mellow acidity and rich sweetness.
For juice drinks, the top pick is the cream soda, made with seven colorful sodas and topped with vanilla ice cream and a rice flour cookie.

Of everything I had that day, I especially liked Amahazuki. It had a sticky texture and the kind of tasty sweetness you expect from satsumaimo (sweet potato)! The Beni Haruka was a rare one from Hokkaido and super moist. Its clean, refined sweetness really surprised me. It was interesting how the texture and flavor changed between warm and cold. Ishiyakiimo (stone-roasted sweet potato) and tsuboyakiimo (pot-roasted sweet potato) really are different. So densely packed with flavor from start to finish〜

The whole shop is wrapped in a fresh, stylish interior. They have many kinds of carefully selected yakiimo (roasted sweet potatoes), and each one had a different flavor, which made them fun to try. The coffee float came with coffee jelly in it, which gave it an inventive flavor~

Sbar (Esubaru) is right in front of Shichirigahama Station, so you can get there without getting lost.
This is an osteria and wine bar that serves homemade fresh pasta lunch dishes and organic wine by the glass, along with (assorted varieties available) alcoholic drinks.

It is used not only for tea time during the brighter hours of the day, but also as a night cafe after dinner or after drinks.
The coffee lineup includes "blend coffee," brewed by drip, and "cafe latte," which is said to have the rich body of a dark roast blend.
A recommended sweet is the basuku chiizu (Basque cheesecake), which reviews say is rich and unforgettable.
In particular, the luxurious "Basque Cheesecake 3-Flavor Set," which lets you compare plain, matcha, and kuro goma (black sesame) flavors, is popular.
りぃこ&あんころもち
・Basque cheesecake set
Its biggest feature is the jet-black baked top, which has a lightly bitter, toasty taste like caramel♪The outside is crisp, while the inside has a soft, creamy texture, letting you enjoy the rich flavor and creaminess of the cheese(^^)Because it is so rich, you can also clearly taste the flavors of matcha and sesame♡

A 10-second walk from Shichirigahama Station. The interior is bright, and the staff are very pleasant too! Even though I came at an odd hour and ended up ordering all sorts of things, the salad was a proper salad, the pasta and gratin were both delicious, and the Basque cheesecake was great too! They also have a good selection of natural wines, so it’s a place I’d like to visit again.

VITA DI OGNI GIORNO is a little hidden gem of a cafe bar on the basement level of a building, despite its busy location near Tsurugaoka Hachimangu and along Wakamiya Oji.
It looks like an easy place to drop by alone or with friends and casually enjoy sweets, lunch, or alcohol.

The "French Toast" is an authentic dish baked in a skillet. The rich butter aroma is great, and toppings like the ones in the photo (for an extra charge) are a nice touch.
The owner’s Homemade dishes also include lunch options such as "Napolitan" made with Homemade sauce.

For hot coffee, they also offer the Cafe Mocha, known for its sweetness and depth, and for iced coffee, the Espresso Peach, whose unexpected flavor is said to be addictively good.
After lunchtime, you can also enjoy the owner’s carefully crafted neru-drip (cloth filter drip) coffee.

・Loco Moco with coffee
It comes with carefully brewed blended coffee. It is topped with a soft-cooked fried egg. The patty seems to be a Homemade Hamburger Steak. It is a light, juicy, and tasty Hamburger Steak. The egg white of the fried egg is fully cooked. It comes with plenty of leafy fresh vegetables. It also includes carrot rapee.

I found a cafe in super crowded Kamakura (Kamakura) with a really calm atmosphere! Maybe because it’s in a spot that’s a little hard to find, it’s surprisingly empty…
