You can enjoy fresh seafood sourced from fishing ports around Japan, along with the owner's Special selection of Japanese sake.
The simple cooking methods are popular, including the "Sashimi Three-Item Assortment" and charcoal grilling. Reviews also said the tableware and presentation were beautiful.

One item that gets great reviews is the “aji-fry (fried horse mackerel) and tartar.” It is made with fresh aji that is good enough to eat as sashimi, soaked in salt water and fried rare.
The tartar sauce goes very well with it, but regulars say their favorite way to enjoy it is with wasabi.

Sake to Robata-yaki Unari, right by the west exit of Omiya Station, is an authentic izakaya where you can enjoy robata grill dishes and seasonal fish. The sashimi, which really shows off the freshness of the ingredients, and the horse mackerel fry prepared in salted water bring together toasty aroma and rich flavor beautifully. The curry zosui (rice porridge) and kamo soba (duck soba noodles) ordered to finish the kamo seri-nabe (duck and Japanese parsley hotpot) are also outstanding, and both pair perfectly with Japanese sake. In its calm Japanese-style setting, this is a great place to enjoy a relaxed evening for adults.

おデブなみっちゃんNEW
Of course, the sashimi assortment was delicious too, but this time there were three things I really wanted to eat, and they were very impressive. First was the fried horse mackerel with tartar sauce. They fry it to a half-rare finish using fish so fresh it could almost be served as sashimi. It was the best. Next was the kamo (duck) seri-nabe (Japanese parsley Hot Pot). The seri comes from Sendai and has a great aroma and nice crunch. To finish, we added soba noodles this time.

The brightly presented “aji fry (fried horse mackerel) with shibazuke (Kyoto-style pickled vegetables) tartar sauce” is also one of this restaurant’s popular menu items.
The shibazuke tartar sauce served on the side is rich, with a light tang and nice texture, and it is said to be so well made that you might want to order the tartar sauce on its own.

The overall quality of the food is high, and the tsukune (chicken meatball skewer) is the signature item you should definitely try when you come here. They are known for tasty kobachi-style small dishes made with uni (sea urchin) and other fresh fish bought that day.
The fish is carefully selected by skilled chefs each season, and they use only what they buy fresh every day. The popular “GOKURi assortment” is said to be so impressive you will do a double take, with so much fresh fish piled on top that it completely hides the gunkan sushi underneath.

It was a cozy restaurant with a calm atmosphere where we could relax and enjoy conversation. The ingredients were fresh, and I was especially impressed by the high quality of the seafood. The food and small plates are really good. You can drink as much Japanese sake as you like, served in ochoko (small sake cups). I finally found this place in Omiya. It is the kind of place I know I will keep coming back to. The staff are extremely pleasant, every dish tastes great no matter what, and they have a wide selection of drinks. Honestly, this is the kind of place I do not want to tell people about. But I know I will be telling everyone about it tomorrow, and that is kind of pathetic. It is nice to have a place you want to visit every month.

It came topped with tobiko (flying fish roe) and ikura (salmon roe), so it looked gorgeous and tasted insanely good♡ The salmon rare katsu was on another level! I wondered if cooking it would make it turn out like grilled salmon, but not at all, it was proper salmon!!!

At this restaurant, you can enjoy freshly hand made soba and creative Japanese cuisine. Their ni-hachi soba (80/20 buckwheat noodles), made with Hokkaido buckwheat ground in a stone mill and prepared fresh every morning, has a rich aroma.
Many people also order it as the final dish of a night out, and it is said to have the full aroma and firm bite that only freshly ground, freshly made soba can offer.

The soba sashimi that comes with the sashimi assortment is made by deliberately cutting teuchi soba (handmade buckwheat noodles) into wide strips, then boiling them and chilling them in cold water. It is served with wasabi soy sauce, and you can enjoy it much like sashimi.

The popular menu item is motsuyaki (grilled offal skewers). It comes in two kinds, one grilled with the shop's secret sauce and the other with salt, and the owner carefully grills each skewer one by one.
When enjoying it with salt, regulars' standard move is to add the spicy miso placed on the counter. It brings out the savory aroma and has a flavor that keeps you coming back for more.

Customers line up along the counter, all with happy smiles. We got a table for two. As you would expect from a place that specializes in motsuyaki (grilled offal skewers), the offal is seriously good. The motsuni (offal stew) set with a giant drink is also excellent! If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the place is small, so larger groups might not get in depending on the timing. It feels just right for dropping by casually with a small group.

The restaurant has counter seating, but there are also many table seats in the back, so I recommend it for groups too! It has a nice atmosphere and feels comfortable. There is a wide variety of meals and snacks, and just as many drinks as well, so I think you can spend a very Manzoku time here.

The lamb chops here are seriously delicious!! They are so good that I think even people who do not like lamb could enjoy them. There are lots of other dishes too, and they are all incredibly tasty. The beer is great too〜For office workers, this place is the best! The prices are a little on the high side, but it is worth it. I come here all the time! Thank you.

Using ingredients shipped directly from Kagoshima, Miyazaki, and Kumamoto, this restaurant serves local dishes from Minami-Kyushu (Southern Kyushu).
The top pick is the "2H All you can drink Umeemon Course." It is a full lineup that lets you enjoy not only charcoal grilled morning processed Miyazaki-dori (Miyazaki chicken) and chicken nanban, but also warayaki (straw-seared) bonito from Makurazaki and motsu Hot Pot.
Photograph:nagis479
The popular Miyazaki-dori momo sumibiyaki (charcoal-grilled Miyazaki chicken thigh) is said to be exceptionally fresh, as they source asa-biki dori (same-day processed chicken) within 24 hours.
By grilling it quickly over charcoal, it gets a juicy taste and a tender bite. The restaurant's style is to enjoy it with simple seasoning using only salt.

The staff were quick, polite, and always smiling, which made for a really enjoyable time drinking. The charcoal grilled chicken was tender and fresh, and I’m so grateful to have had chicken prepared this deliciously. I’ll definitely visit again. It was a great meal.

いちご_だいふく
A place where you can relax with a drink in a Private room, while the food goes all in on the best flavors of Minami Kyushu (Southern Kyushu). With the savory aroma of charcoal grilling, super fresh sashimi, and shochu that pairs perfectly, it offers a highly satisfying time. In Omiya, this is a sure bet for a night when you want to eat well and drink well.

こまろあ
I visited because I was drawn to the fact that I could drink Japanese sake at cost and try many kinds in small amounts. The restaurant is in the basement, and the inside was a little cool with the seats not too crowded, which was just the kind of setting I like. The smoked potato salad and iburigakko (smoked pickled daikon) were delicious. I was also able to drink about 8 kinds of Japanese sake, and it was a great experience because I discovered what I like. The staff were kind, and the atmosphere was nice.

Hinai jidori, which is difficult to cook just right, can also be enjoyed as yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) expertly grilled to a fragrant finish. It is said to be juicy, rich in flavor, and so tasty that you will keep coming back for more.

Kiritanpo-nabe (pounded rice skewer hot pot) is something I always end up craving in winter! I came back to Hinaiya for the first time in a while. The assorted pickles go really well with Japanese sake. The dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet with dashi) also has a rich flavor! The main kiritanpo-nabe Hot Pot was packed with seri (Japanese parsley) and was excellent! It tastes just like eating it in Akita, where it comes from.

As always, it had such a great atmosphere, and I could have the counter all to myself and relax while taking my time to enjoy everything◎◎◎On top of that, when I ordered the same Omakase five-skewer set as yesterday, just as expected! It was their five recommended yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), and it was unbelievably good◎◎◎Every skewer was a hit, with perfect grilling and just the right amount of salt, so you can really relax and enjoy it(≧∇≦)

They value local production for local consumption and serve dishes centered on ingredients from Saitama.
The house-made kumiage-dofu (fresh scooped tofu) made with soybeans from Saitama has a rich soybean flavor. They also offer a tofu tasting comparison with cheese, kinugoshi (silken tofu), and milk varieties.
Photograph:くまみ121
The top pick is “marudori suage (deep-fried whole chicken).” By slowly deep-frying a whole chicken at a low temperature, they make it crisp on the outside and juicy inside.
The simple salted flavor comes recommended. It is said to be a dish where you can enjoy different textures depending on the part you eat.

I visited for dinner with a friend. The regulars and groups having drinks were lively, but the restaurant was not that large, and it had a calm atmosphere. I ordered the tofu and oyako-don (chicken and egg Rice bowl) because I definitely wanted to try them if I went^ ^They were very tasty, and I was very Manzoku!✨

With its relaxing counter seating and attentive service, this is a very pleasant restaurant. They also stock good Japanese sake, which makes it hard to resist for Japanese sake lovers. The otoshi (small appetizer) and recommendations are great, but the To finish soba was outstanding. This is a place I want to visit again.

From the entrance to the room, the atmosphere was great!! The food and drinks were more reasonably priced than I expected, and I felt it was very convenient. I’m glad I booked a Private room! Ordering on a smartphone also made things smooth, since there was no need to call the staff over each time!!

KICHIRI, an izakaya in Omiya, was a big help because we could get in even late at night. There are Semi-private room seats, which give you a sense of privacy and make it easy to relax. We ordered à la carte, and the quality of the food was quite good, making for a Manzoku meal. It has a laid-back atmosphere where you can spend time comfortably, and it is a place I would like to visit again.

Isomaru Suisan Omiya Nishiguchi Ten is a popular izakaya located about a 2-minute walk from the west exit of JR Omiya Station, where you can enjoy hamayaki (seaside-style grilled seafood) that you grill yourself along with drinks.
Decorated with colorful tairyo-bata (big catch flags) and retro posters, the interior has an open feel that brings to mind a beach hut. It has counter and table seating, making it easy to use for a wide range of occasions.

The hands-on style is popular, letting you grill seafood yourself after it is taken straight from the tank.
The "Kanimiso Kora-yaki (grilled crab shell with crab miso)" is a standard menu item that gets lots of orders, known for its rich flavor. They also offer the "Hamayaki Set" with an assortment of seafood such as shrimp and shellfish, making it a good choice for people who want to enjoy a variety of seafood all at once.
Photograph:boxer(ライト級)
Another popular point is that you can enjoy fresh fish and shellfish prepared in several ways, including grilled and fried.
The "grilled tuna collar with salt" in the photo comes from a cut of which only two can be taken from a single tuna. The meat is thick and nicely fatty, and you can enjoy it in a refreshing way with grated daikon radish and lemon.

It is great that you can come in from lunchtime, and the atmosphere is also very nice. The drinks and food came quickly, which I appreciated^_^The sashimi was of course good, and the fried dishes were tasty too. They also had a wide variety of set meals and Rice bowl dishes, so I will visit again next time.

On a weekend evening, I stopped by Isomaru in Omiya for a quick drink with a friend. It is right by the station, so access is great◎Speaking of Isomaru, it has to be hamayaki (seaside-style grilled seafood)! The "Scallops with Butter" and "Kani Miso Kora-yaki (grilled crab miso in the shell)" we ordered were classic crowd-pleasers. The style of grilling them yourself with a burner is fun too, and it feels like a little event♪The place is always lively whenever I go, with a vibe like a beachside shack.
