As the restaurant name suggests, it offers plenty of meat dishes, along with a full lineup of vegetables and seafood dishes as well, and many people seem surprised by the wide variety.

You can adjust the doneness yourself, so you can enjoy it just the way you like. The meat had a rich, savory flavor and tasted great! The sizzling sound and toasty aroma as it grills are just the best…

The first thing we ordered was yaki-gyoza (pan-fried dumplings). As soon as you bite in, the juices spill out, with a crisp and fragrant outside and a juicy inside. As you’d expect from Utsunomiya, they also had a wide variety, including sui-gyoza (boiled dumplings) and cheese gyoza, so it looked like a fun place to share with a big group!
