The tandoori chicken was very filling, about the size of a Kentucky fried chicken breast. The fat had rendered off, so it was light and easy to eat, and really excellent. The daily eggplant and chicken curry was also on the lighter side, mildly sweet, and seemed like a flavor kids would enjoy too. It had lots of chunks of chicken in it. It was a curry that was not too heavy and had a good balance of flavors.

The curry was the European style kind, with a “slowly building, complex sweetness” taking center stage more than the spice. The melted cheese mixed in so nicely and made it even milder. Combination three-curry assortment. It was unbelievably good. I had three kinds, yakuzen curry (medicinal herb curry), lamb curry, and keema curry, with a soft-boiled egg topping. The yakuzen curry was the best. I think I’m going to get hooked on spice curry! The sumiyaki iced coffee (charcoal-roasted iced coffee) was also rich, deep, and very tasty.

My first yakuzen curry (medicinal herb curry). I wondered if it might be a bit harsh since it uses no wheat flour or additives and almost no oil, but when I tried it, it was delicious. It had a mild taste, wasn’t too yakuzen-like, and had a smooth, light texture that went down easily. It was also my first time trying a soba galette, and it was very tasty too. Food that’s good for your body and delicious is the best, isn’t it

A lunch set where you can choose 2 kinds from today's curry. The photo shows lamb curry and sambar.

The lamb is tender enough to fall apart, and the spices come through well together with potatoes and daikon radish. The bean-based sambar has a mild flavor. You can choose naan or saffron rice.

The "Tomato Curry" is a dish where tomato takes the lead. It combines the sweetness of onions with the fresh tang of tomato for a gentle flavor that still feels satisfying.

Reviews also said the spices leave a lingering finish, and by the time they finish eating, they feel pleasantly warmed through.

・Ladies' Set
I went with the regular spice level, and it was plenty. The chicken in the chicken curry was tender and went really well with the naan. The green curry had pakuchi (cilantro), takenoko (bamboo shoots), eggplant, and chicken, and it was tender and tasty too. More than anything, I was surprised by how big the naan was. But I managed to finish it more easily than I expected.

Lunch is a good deal! I ordered the cheese naan set (keema curry) and pad thai. Both were very filling. The set also comes with a drink and salad. You can also adjust the spice level of the curry. The restaurant is spacious and usually not too crowded, so you can enjoy your meal at a relaxed pace.
