The "katsuo (bonito) wara-yaki (straw-seared) Aburi Shio Tataki and Sudachi Ponzu" is a recommended house specialty. They use a hibachi with a shichirin (small charcoal grill) inside to sear the surface of the katsuo with straw and bring out its rich flavor.
The katsuo is fragrant and tasty, and it pairs well with drinks. If you sit at the counter, you can also enjoy watching the wara-yaki cooking process as the flames rise.

Every dish is carefully prepared and very tasty, with stylish presentation that is said to satisfy both the eyes and the palate. The Clay Pot rice is made with unagi (eel) saikyo-yaki (Kyoto-style miso grilled) and mushroom cheese rice, and they pour cheese sauce over it at the end! It turns into a rich eel cheese risotto and feels so luxurious! They have such a huge selection of drinks, and the hirezake (hot sake with grilled fish fin) was the best by far, so I drank a lot of it!

This is a place where both sashimi and Italian food are great. They also carry premium Japanese sake, and you can drink wine too. Best of all, every staff member serves guests with a warm smile and great care, and they are very attentive. The food is good across the board. They finish dishes like tataki (seared and chopped fish or meat) over straw-fired flames right in front of you.

I couldn’t honestly pick which one of the dishes we ordered was the best because everything was delicious. The grilling was spot on, and each dish was on the larger side, so the Manzoku level was high. The French fries with butter and salt were great too〜. There were plenty of other menu items that caught my eye, and I’d love to go back and eat there again. The drinks just keep going down endlessly!

The recommended box assortment, as always, was generous, looked beautiful, and tasted great. It was not just the fish, but also the Aka Nikomi (stewed meat) that was seasoned really well. The drinks went down so easily that I regretted not choosing the All you can drink option. I liked the toro-taku roll so much at the end that I wanted another one. I ate it all in no time!

I visited during happy hour in the evening! I made a toast by myself at the counter seat. The otoshi (small appetizer) was tuna, maybe? It was so good. I wanted to eat more of it...! The tempura was nice and crisp, the asari-jiru (clam soup) was packed with asari (clams), and the drinks had a strong fizz, so I was totally Manzoku~!

The kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) are carefully prepared with the skilled techniques and attention to detail of expert chefs. There is a wide variety, including meat, seafood, and vegetables, and all of them are said to be delicious.
The photo shows the "Kushikatsu Assortment 5 Kinds," where you can enjoy five items: Domestic beef, asparagus, kamo-negi (duck and scallion), giant prawn, and satsumaimo (sweet potato). It is a good choice when you are not sure what to order.

They offer courses with All you can drink as well as A la carte. One big plus is the A la carte All you can drink course, where you can enjoy about 40 kinds of drinks.
The photo shows the "mentai dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet with pollock roe and dashi)," a great match for Japanese sake. It is a well-made dish of omelet cooked with dashi broth and topped with mentaiko (salt-cured pollock roe).

We urgently looked for a Private room for 6 people and made a reservation. They had a wide selection of drinks, and when we ordered a bottle, the ice and soda water were complimentary, which was great! We also ordered zaru dofu (drained tofu), mizunasu (water eggplant), kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers), sushi, and otsukuri (sashimi platter), and everything was delicious.

Located inside Abeno Q's Mall, this place has a calm atmosphere, and the seats are properly partitioned, so we could relax and enjoy a Banquet without worrying about the people around us. The All you can drink menu includes Asahi draft beer, plus Dotonbori craft beer, shochu (Japanese distilled spirit), highballs, and many other options, making it a lineup that even my alcohol-loving friends could feel Manzoku with.

The "katsuo no wara-yaki (bonito straw searing)" is a popular menu item, with the surface of the bonito quickly seared over the flames of Domestic straw at high heat. It is served simply with salt, garlic, sliced onions, ginger, and wasabi.
The bonito is thick-cut, with a fragrant seared surface and the aroma of the straw worked into it, making it excellent and a great match for drinks.
Photograph:あさやん♪
They offer courses with All you can drink and A la carte options. Another draw is the A la carte All you can drink course, where you can enjoy more than 100 kinds of alcohol.
The hagama-meshi (rice cooked in a traditional iron pot) made with rice from Kyushu is recommended To finish. The contents change monthly, but you can also enjoy it as part of a course. The photo shows the "madai (Sea Bream) and mitsuba (Japanese parsley) hagama gohan (rice cooked in a traditional iron pot)."

Located on the second floor of the building, the spacious interior had counter seating and Private rooms. The Private room we were shown to had an L-shaped table, high ceilings, and a stylish feel! The food was delicious, and the drinks went down easy! The premium All you can drink plan also includes Japanese sake, so this place is recommended for people who love to drink.

なかっちよ父
The draft beer was served ice cold and went down very easily, and the Japanese sake after that was also very good. This time, I had Kuroushi and, if I remember right, Yamakawa Mitsuo. I was glad to get to try what seemed like a pretty rare sake. The food was also very good, including the Dokonjo-maki, lotus root and burdock tempura, tempura assortment, and fish akadashi (red miso soup with fish), which I always order.

Today the drinks went down well, so I had it on the rocks. For snacks, I had seko kani (female snow crab) with vinegar, oysters with ponzu sauce, Shimonita negi (Shimonita green onion) tempura, a small kué (longtooth grouper) Hot Pot, and lean whale meat, then had some sushi made after that. I always enjoy the food here.

They offer luxurious kaiseki (traditional multicourse meal), courses with All you can drink, and casual Gozen sets. The contents vary by season, but you can choose based on your budget and the occasion.
The “Uoman Mikaku Gozen” is a popular Gozen set that lets you casually enjoy dishes that show off the chefs’ skill, including a Premium sushi assortment, tempura, and small side dishes.
Photograph:ちょっと385
The dish on the right in the photo is otzukuri (sashimi) of mikan Sea Bream from Ehime Prefecture, with a light citrus aroma, and which kaiseki meal, course, or Gozen set it can be enjoyed in seems to change with the season.
People say the fine flavor of this quality Sea Bream becomes even more vibrant, making it an excellent dish. It also pairs well with Special Japanese sake selected from around Japan.
ぐるびっしゅ
This time I visited for a Banquet. The course started in style with a boat presentation of a 6-item funamori (boat-style sashimi) assortment. The sashimi was fresh, and their specialty taimeshi (Sea Bream rice) made quite an impact. The All you can drink menu also included a rotating lineup of branded Japanese sake, and the Japanese sake that day was Goshun from Ikeda, Osaka. They also have a large Private room, so it is recommended for Banquets with a big group◎

Still, the rice dishes were beyond complaint. The course came with All you can drink and was filling enough to leave us completely full. My favorite was the tai-meshi (Sea Bream rice). It had plenty of Sea Bream meat, and while the flavor was gentle, the Sea Bream stock really came through, so I finished it all even though I was already full.

You can order from courses with All you can drink or from the à la carte menu, and another nice point is that they also offer an On-the-Day All you can drink A la carte course that you can order without a reservation.
Their signature "Ozeki chanko-nabe (sumo hot pot)" is a hearty Hot Pot packed with 20 kinds of ingredients, including scallops, chicken, and vegetables, and it is well known for its rich, tasty soup.
Photograph:salt44796
Another signature item is the sumibiyaki (charcoal grill), made with a house-made soy sauce tare (sauce). They offer a wide range of ingredients, including chicken, pork, and vegetables.
Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), which pairs especially well with drinks, is by far the most popular. The chicken is quickly grilled over charcoal, giving it a fragrant surface while keeping the inside packed with flavor and juicy.

I was happy that the chanko-nabe (sumo-style Hot Pot) was loaded with ingredients and came with plenty of vegetables too. We finished the Hot Pot with champon noodles after eating almost everything from the pot. The broth had a fairly strong flavor, which was just right for us since we were drinking, and we finished it all in no time. We were completely full. The restaurant was spacious, the staff worked quickly, drinks came out smoothly, and best of all, it was great value for money.

When I made a reservation, they showed me to a Private room, so I could relax and talk, and the food was good too, which was great. The yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) was tasty. I was happy that All you can drink was available On-the-Day too. When it gets cold, I want to go back again for the nabe (Hot Pot).

You can order from courses with All you can drink or from the a la carte menu. Reviews say every dish is faultlessly delicious.
The “cream croquette kani (crab)” in the photo is a popular dish, and many say it is especially outstanding. It is a cream croquette with crab inside, topped with a sauce made from kani miso (crab tomalley).

ヘタレサンバガラス。
The tebasaki (chicken wings) were insanely good, and I ordered 4 this time, but honestly I feel like I could’ve eaten about 20 more lol. For dashimaki (rolled omelet with dashi), I had the standard dashimaki and mentaiko dashimaki! They were just way too good www. Also, as expected, the Japanese sake was great. I drank Dassai and Hakurakusei, but for some reason Mimuro Sugi was the easiest to drink this time!

About a 3-minute walk from Tennoji Station, "Tori Ryori Izakaya Family" sits tucked away in a back alley and is a chicken izakaya where you can enjoy dishes made with fresh meigara-dori (brand-name chicken).

Their signature charcoal grilled Domestic chicken lineup is extensive. It is also included in every course. If you are not sure what to order, the "Aburiyaki Three-Kind Assortment" is recommended, letting you enjoy seseri (neck meat), harami (skirt steak), and thigh.
Photograph:ya__my
They also serve sumibi yakitori (charcoal grilled chicken skewers) with a wide range of cuts. Each one is said to be nicely charred on the outside and juicy inside, making them great with drinks.
The "Chicken Nanban Fry" in the photo is also popular and can be enjoyed either à la carte or as part of a full course. You eat the crispy fried chicken Kara-age with plenty of house-made tartar sauce.

There are lots of table seats, and bamboo blinds separate them from the other tables! They had lots of chicken dishes, including yakitori skewers, Kara-age, and sumiyaki (charcoal grilled dishes) (^^)Ordering was done on a touch panel, and the food came out quickly after we ordered◎It was cheap for how much we ordered and drank!
