They have rich filling and a nice toasted aroma, making them perfect both as a dish to go with rice and as a snack with drinks.

There are also plenty of carefully made à la carte dishes to enjoy while you wait for the gyoza to be ready.

The "Pari Pari Yurinchi" is popular for its mild spice level, which makes it easy to enjoy. The special light tasting sauce is said to bring out the good flavor of the chicken.

Seasoned gyoza (dumplings) taste great no matter when you eat them! I also had sui-gyoza (boiled dumplings) and wontons, and all of them had flavors that went well with the drinks! The drinks come in what might be brass glasses, and they stay ice-cold so you can enjoy them for a long time.

The "Nikujiru Gyoza (juicy meat dumplings)" burst with plenty of savory juices from the first bite, and the rich flavor of juicy pork fills your mouth. It had been a while since my last visit to Dandadan, so I had forgotten just how much juice they hold, and when I took a big bite, it turned into quite a mess lol The lineup of small dishes that pair well with drinks, like Niku Moyashi (bean sprouts with meat) and Garlic Sunagimo (garlic chicken gizzards), was also excellent! It was reasonably priced with reliably good flavor, and everything was tasty!
