Sumibiyaki Tori to Hitokuchi Gyoza TORA鶏YA Namba Sennichimae Ten is on the 4th floor of a building, a 2-minute walk from (Each) Namba Station line. This popular restaurant is known for its carefully made hitokuchi gyoza (bite-size dumplings) and taki gyoza (dumplings simmered in broth).
The interior is said to have a calm atmosphere. In addition to counter and table seating, it also has Private room options.
Photograph:yoshi_44
The "Hakata hitokuchi gyoza (Hakata bite sized dumplings) ~ with house made yuzu kosho (yuzu pepper paste) ~," said to be crisp on the outside and juicy inside, is one of the restaurant's signature dishes.
Yuzu kosho is a seasoning from Kyushu made by grinding green yuzu and green chili peppers with salt and aging them. Its sharp heat is said to pair perfectly with the gyoza.
Photograph:@ssaakk
They also serve taki-gyoza (simmered dumplings) in a rich tori paitan (creamy chicken broth) soup. The good flavor of the soup soaks into the dumplings, making them delicious and a great match for drinks.
They also have a full lineup of à la carte dishes beyond gyoza. Their sumibi-yakitori (charcoal-grilled chicken skewers) is another signature item you will want to enjoy along with the gyoza.
@あんでぃー
The "Rich tori paitan (chicken white broth) Taki Gyoza" has a gentle flavor, with the good taste of the paitan broth soaking into the gyoza wrappers so the piping hot soup and filling come together nicely. To finish, it is so rich and full-bodied that you will want to drink every last drop of the soup. Hakata Hitokuchi Gyoza (Hakata bite-size dumplings) have thin, light wrappers, and the fragrant house-made yuzu kosho (yuzu pepper paste) adds a nice accent that makes it hard to stop reaching for more.

As the name suggests, the gyoza (dumplings) here are also a must try. They are easy to eat in bite sized pieces, and the crisp texture of the pan fried wrappers is irresistible. They are so good you could keep eating them forever. There is also a wide selection of a la carte dishes, and along with the chicken dishes, the sashimi, including hon-maguro (bluefin tuna) and katsuo (bonito), was excellent too.

Sakagami Club Part 2 is on Miyakojima-dori, just a short walk from Nakazakicho Station on the Osaka Metro. It is popular for its tasty gyoza (dumplings), which have plenty of punch even without garlic.
The stylish interior has counter seats and standing-drink space on the first floor, while the second-floor loft is a Private room space with table seating. It stays open until early morning.
Photograph:スシゴロー
The signature item, yaki-gyoza (pan-fried dumplings), is hand wrapped in-house. A key feature is that they skip the garlic and give it a punchy flavor with plenty of ginger.
Though small, they are packed with meat juices and are said to be tasty enough even without sauce, but they also recommend eating them with house-made rayu (chili oil) and vinegar.
Photograph:ayu___29
They also offer two kinds of suupu gyoza (dumplings in soup) with chewy dumplings in the broth. The one in the photo is the "Mapo suupu gyoza (mapo soup dumplings)," which is said to be very tasty, with the rich flavor of the dumplings added to the mildly spicy mapo soup.
The "Tamago suupu gyoza (egg soup dumplings)" has a gentle flavor, and you can enjoy the fluffy egg, dashi broth, and dumplings coming together as one.

Tenshin no Kimochi, a 1-minute walk from JR and Osaka Metro Taisho Station on Yayoi-bashi-dori, is a gyoza restaurant with an attached dim sum workshop that serves additive-free gyoza made completely from scratch, including the wrappers.
The interior is a stylish space like a cafe, with both counter and table seating.
Photograph:remem765
The gyoza wrappers are a house specialty, with the water content and kneading time adjusted slightly every day, and homemade oil kneaded into the dough. The filling uses cabbage, without garlic chives or garlic.
The wrapper is chewy and the inside is juicy, and they say it is plenty tasty even without any dipping sauce. The photo shows the standard "Mainichi Tebazumi no Yaki Gyoza (daily hand-wrapped pan-fried dumplings)."
Photograph:chankaz
They offer a wide variety of gyoza (dumplings), and one of the best things is that you can order from just 2 pieces, making it easy to compare different kinds.
At lunch, they serve good value set meals. The photo shows the "Gyoza no Gozen set (set meal) where you can enjoy all the popular gyoza," which lets you try 4 kinds of gyoza: grilled, steamed, boiled, and deep-fried. It also comes with hotate (scallop) yukhoe-style sashimi.
RYOYA0820
The fresh gyoza (dumplings) made without garlic and the authentic Chinese dishes were very good. The interior felt clean and had a calm atmosphere. It gave the impression of being an easy place to drop in. The staff were friendly, and their explanations of the dishes were thorough. The food came at a good pace, so I had a very pleasant time.

We ordered “mainichi tebutsumi no yaki-gyoza (daily hand-wrapped pan-fried dumplings),” “toruffle kaoru yaki-gyoza (pan-fried dumplings with a truffle aroma),” and “kaisen fuumi xiaolongbao (seafood-flavored soup dumplings).” It’s nice that you can order in small portions. The grilling was perfect All three were packed with juicy meat and tasted great! The wrappers were chewy, thin, and perfect! No wonder there’s always a line. I could see exactly why people queue up.

Located in the Tenjinbashisuji Shotengai (Tenjinbashisuji shopping street) just a 1-minute walk from Osaka Metro Ogimachi Station, Gyoza Shokudo is a gyoza restaurant known for its taki-gyoza (simmered dumplings) cooked in a paitan (creamy white broth) soup.
The interior blends antique furniture with a fresh feel, creating a stylish and relaxing space. It has counter and table seating.
Photograph:たぬたぬ6587
The house specialty, "paitan (creamy broth) boiled gyoza," uses a homemade paitan soup made from chicken and pork. The rich, flavorful broth soaks into the gyoza, making it an excellent dish that also goes great with drinks.
Another nice point is that you can add noodles or rice to the remaining soup for an extra charge and turn it into ramen or zosui (rice porridge). It is known for its high level of Manzoku.
The "yaki-gyoza (pan-fried dumplings)" are packed with flavor, made with minced Domestic branded pork. They are eaten with a special garlic chive vinegar sauce, but with their crisp outside and juicy inside, they are said to be plenty tasty even without any sauce.
The All you can eat and drink course, which includes popular menu items such as "paitan-taki gyoza (dumplings simmered in creamy chicken broth)" and "yaki-gyoza," is also popular.

The gyoza (dumplings) were packed with juices almost like xiaolongbao and went well with the sweet and sour sauce. The taki-gyoza (simmered dumplings) was also good, but I liked the pan-fried gyoza better. The ones with garlic had a nice punch. The side dishes had a Taiwanese style, and the niku moyashi (stir-fried pork and bean sprouts) in particular had seasoning you do not usually find in Japan.

The interior, built around a red color scheme, is a compact space with only 12 counter seats, creating a lively up-close dining atmosphere.

The signature "Hochun gyoza (dumplings)" are bite sized dumplings with thin wrappers crisped up nicely. The filling is well seasoned, packed with juicy meat juices, and is said to taste great even without any dipping sauce.
They also have a nice punch of garlic, making drinks go down easy. One serving is 8 pieces per person.
The photo shows "teba-gyoza (chicken wings stuffed with gyoza filling)," chicken wings filled with stuffing. They say it is excellent, with a crisp outside and juices bursting out when you bite in.
Another popular item is "yuba-gyoza (gyoza wrapped in yuba tofu skin)," which uses yuba (tofu skin), the thin film that forms when soy milk is heated, as the wrapper. It is eaten with a refreshing oroshi ponzu sauce made by mixing grated daikon radish into ponzu, a seasoning of citrus juice and vinegar.
sa1414ki
Of course the classic Houchun gyoza (dumplings) is a must, but the shrimp gyoza is especially recommended! The balance of the springy texture and juicy filling is just right, and they are so good you'll want to order another round. Paired with the crispy seared wings, they also go perfectly with beer. The casual atmosphere makes it easy to stop by, and it is also perfect as a second stop.

This is a gyoza (dumplings) focused restaurant, but it has a stylish atmosphere that makes gyoza easy to enjoy even for those who might not usually go for it. There are several kinds of creative gyoza, and the regular size comes with 5 pieces per plate. Harenohi Gyoza comes with 4 pieces per plate and is slightly larger. This is my go-to place for gyoza (Japanese dumplings)! The juicy gyoza go amazingly well with lemon sour! The suki-gyoza (dumplings simmered in soup) is known for how the rich flavor of the soup soaks into the dumpling wrappers, while the meat juices from the filling make the soup even tastier.
There are two kinds: the “Shiro-taki Gyoza,” made with chicken paitan (creamy chicken broth) and Japanese dashi stock, and the “Aka-taki Gyoza,” which adds a special spicy numbing oil to the Shiro-taki base. You can also finish the meal with ramen or zosui (rice porridge).

The "nikujiru yaki gyoza (pan-fried dumplings filled with meat juices)" and "cheese gyoza" are also popular and said to be delicious. Both come with large crispy wings, and the filling is juicy. The "cheese gyoza" in particular is known as an outstanding dish, with cheese and pork making a perfect match.
In addition to gyoza, they also offer courses with All you can drink, so you can enjoy a variety of a la carte dishes as well.

I came by wondering, what exactly is taki-gyoza (boiled dumplings in broth)! The gyoza were great, and the champon (noodle dish) to finish was also very delicious! The staff were cheerful and moved quickly, which made the place very comfortable! I’ll definitely come again

We ordered pan-fried gyoza, cheese gyoza, and taki-gyoza (boiled gyoza hotpot) (white and red broth). The red one had a slow-building heat that kicked in afterward! The gyoza were strongly seasoned with pepper. We finished by turning the red broth into risotto, which made the flavor milder, and that was the right choice◎

The specialty here is nikujiru gyoza (juicy dumplings), known for being large, having crispy wings, containing Horumon, and needing no dipping sauce. They are said to be about twice the size of regular gyoza. An order comes with 5 pieces.
They are packed with filling and have a great juicy taste. The seasoning is nice and bold, so they go really well with drinks or rice.
They also serve “ebi gyoza (shrimp dumplings)” with big shrimp inside and “shiso gyoza (perilla dumplings)” with a light, fresh shiso flavor. You can also get the gyoza to go.
Their other à la carte dishes also have a great reputation. The photo shows the pickled cucumber dish “addictive cucumbers” and spicy miso grilled beef Horumon, which is said to be perfect with drinks.

We just barely got seats for two around 8:00 p.m. on a Friday. After that, customers kept coming in nonstop, and table turnover seemed good. They really recommend the gyoza, with three kinds: meat, shiso, and shrimp. We ordered the meat and nira (garlic chives), but I liked the shiso best. Out of the many items on the menu, the nira-tama (garlic chive and egg stir-fry) is what I recommend. It went incredibly well with beer.

You can eat the gyoza with soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, or homemade miso, depending on your taste. They also have a wide selection of drinks that pair perfectly with the gyoza.
The small bite-size "Marugyo no Yaki Gyoza" made without garlic is especially popular. The wrapper is thin and grilled to a crisp finish, while the inside is juicy with a light, tasty flavor.

They also serve garlic-heavy gyoza (dumplings). The photo shows "Torikawa Gyoza," which is said to be juicy, with gyoza filling wrapped in chicken skin.
They also offer the large and filling "Utsunomiya-fu Yaki Gyoza" with its chewy skin, as well as "Otoko Gyoza" with an extra heavy hit of garlic.

I’m having a solo evening drink at Gyoza Sakaba Marugyo-san. I really appreciate that both the A la carte All you can drink option and Web reservations are available even for one person. Of course, the signature gyoza are great, and the quick dishes and other a la carte snacks are also tasty, with service that is reasonably fast, so I’m very satisfied. It’s also nice that it’s close to the station.

The nikudofu (simmered tofu and beef) comes with well-soaked tofu and meat, plus plenty of green onion. The sweet and savory seasoning is on the rich side and goes great with beer. The small gyoza can be enjoyed with the standard vinegar soy sauce or a miso-based sauce. I might like the miso one better.

・Chao Chao gyoza (dumplings)
Everything on the menu looked tempting, but I decided to start with the signature dish. The crisp lacy skirt had a really nice bite, and the filling was packed with juicy meat juices—exactly the kind of great specialist shop gyoza you’d expect.

There are many kinds of gyoza (dumplings), so you can enjoy a range of flavors. They are plenty tasty on their own, but they also go great with the standard soy sauce dip or the miso sauce for a different taste. The space is a bit small, with about 15 counter seats, but it has a nice atmosphere.

For now, ordering the most popular item, Katchan gyoza (dumplings), is a must♡They were juicy and tasted really good✨If the regular ones are this juicy, what are the "ju~shii gyoza" like lol. I also personally recommend the ebi (shrimp) springy dumplings♡The Kara-age was also well seasoned and tasty〜

あずちん!
I ordered three kinds of their famous gyoza (dumplings), and all of them were delicious! I especially liked the sui-gyoza (boiled dumplings), and the soup was great too. Even though it was such a good value, everything tasted really good! I ate plenty, all the way through to the final dish and dessert! This is a great place for a drinking party.

The interior, with both counter and table seating, has the relaxed feel of a casual izakaya. It is just a short walk from JR Morinomiya Station and is located near Osaka Castle Park.

The signature "Maruken Gyoza" is a juicy gyoza made without garlic, using pork, cabbage, onion, and nira (garlic chives). It has a light taste, so people say you can keep eating one after another.
If you want a stronger garlic kick, the slightly spicy "Tokusei Ninniku Gyoza" is just right.
Photograph:エムアール
The chewy "suigyoza (boiled dumplings)" are wrapped in a thick skin around the filling. They recommend eating them with a miso sauce made without garlic or artificial seasonings.
They also serve "Gyoza no Kawa Senbei," crispy fried gyoza skins that you can enjoy like a snack. They are seasoned with curry spices.
hirokan(ひろかん)
The signature gyoza (Japanese dumplings), which is also in the restaurant’s name, had nicely crisped skin, and the filling inside was juicy with a pleasant sweetness from the vegetables. The 5-piece serving is a good size. They paired well with the gyoza sauce and had that classic good taste.

The garlic-free gyoza (dumplings) were delicious and went really well with the drinks. The atmosphere felt like a very standard izakaya (Japanese pub), but that added to the fun and made it easy to enjoy both the food and the drinks.
