Popular Yakiniku restaurants in Chiba Prefecture [Chiba City]
This Yakiniku restaurant with fully private rooms for all seats is a 3-minute walk from Chiba Station.
The interior, based around black tones, is a luxurious space with careful attention paid to every detail, from the decor to the wall art. Each room comes with its own dedicated cast member, a yakishi (grill master), which is part of the appeal, as you can relax and enjoy dinner.
This is the thick cut tongue base served in the “Ushi S Course.”
The generously cut tongue is first grilled until nicely browned on the outside, then steamed in foil, giving it a moist and tender finish. You can also enjoy different flavors by pairing it with the lemon, wasabi, and salt served on the side.
The "Tenderloin Steak and Foie Gras Rossini" served in the "Chiba Gentei Course (Chiba Limited Course)".
This dish strikes a great balance between moist and tender Tenderloin steak, rich foie gras, and a balsamic sauce with a light tang. Perfect when you want to enjoy a slightly luxurious dinner!

The "Chateaubriand steak sandwich" already looks beautiful at first glance, with a nicely browned surface and a rare center. It has a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, and it goes perfectly with the bread. The A5 rank Strip loin shabu-shabu was amazing too. The sweetness of the fat is refined, and it melts the moment it hits your mouth. This is what luxury is all about.

Salted beef tongue is said to be one of the tastiest cuts among the many meats.
Once it is nicely browned, wrap it with the chopped green onions served on a separate plate. The moment you take a bite, the rich flavor of the tongue and the sharp kick of the green onions spread across your mouth.

There were 3 All you can eat courses, and we chose the middle one♩The steak that came out first was so good it won us over♡It was not just good for an All you can eat meal, but meat that would still taste great even as A la carte!

The most important part, the meat, was absolutely delicious. From the rare cuts, we had Strip loin and Top blade. We also had Beef Tongue, kalbi (Korean-style short ribs), Premium Loin, and more... Every cut was really tasty. Everything was so tender, and the flavor was excellent! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Yakiniku Sakaba Niku Kaji Minamikashiwa Ten is a popular spot just a 1-minute walk from Minamikashiwa Station, where you can enjoy high-quality Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) Yakiniku.
Lit by soft, warm lighting, the interior feels cozy and comfortable, making it easy to relax. In addition to table seating, the restaurant also offers Semi-private room seating where you can enjoy Yakiniku without worrying about the people at the next table.
This is the Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) "Kodawari 4-shu assortment."
It comes with Premium Special tongue, Premium Loin, Special Wagyu (Sirloin cap or zabuton (chuck flap)), and tomosankaku (part of the thigh). Every cut is said to be juicy with a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Among the wide variety of à la carte dishes, the "Torokeru Aburi Yukke (melting lightly seared yukhoe)" is a perfect palate cleanser.
It is served tightly packed, so it is said to be more filling than it looks. When mixed with egg yolk, it gains an added rich umami that makes it so good you will want to keep eating it forever.

With a convenient location just steps from Minami-Kashiwa Station, the interior is very clean and has a calm atmosphere. The seat I had felt like a Semi-private room with a noren (traditional fabric divider). I really liked that I could relax and enjoy my meal without worrying about the people around me.

Yakiniku ARATA, about a 2-minute walk from Kashiwa Station, is an adult Yakiniku dining spot and the only place in the area to serve Matsusaka-gyu (Matsusaka beef).
Located on the 4F of a building, the interior is a stylish space with a calm atmosphere. The tables are well spaced, so you can enjoy dinner without worrying about the next table.

The thinly sliced Kiwami Tan Shabu is a perfect dish to start a Yakiniku dinner.
Give it a quick sear and wrap it around the scallions, and the sharp kick adds a nice accent. You can also enjoy the crisp texture that is unique to tongue.

This is Tri-tip from Matsusaka-gyu (Matsusaka beef), finely marbled with delicate sashi (intramuscular fat).
When they sear the surface over high heat and finish it to medium rare, you can enjoy its melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich savory flavor. They recommend enjoying it with one of their wide selection of wines.

A friend recommended this place to me because you can enjoy Kobe beef here, so I went to check it out! They have cuts on the menu that are hard to find in Kashiwa! The staff explained everything in detail, and I could really feel their care and attention. The interior was also clean and stylish. I’ll definitely visit again.

When I said during the reservation that I wanted a Private room, they prepared a Private room seat for us. Every cut of meat was tender, nicely marbled, and very good. The thick cut tongue was especially so good that my friend was impressed too.

Popular Yakiniku restaurants in Chiba Prefecture [Narita, Sakura, and Sawara]

This Yakiniku restaurant stands just a 5-minute walk from Narita Station, tucked one street off Omotesando, the approach leading to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple.
Inside, the modern space has a laid-back atmosphere. There is a special Private room behind the wine cellar, making it a great choice when you want to enjoy dinner in a private setting.

You can fully enjoy specially selected Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) and game meats as Yakiniku (Japanese grilled meat).
Among them, recommended choices include the thick cut "Strip loin," the richly flavorful "tomo-sankaku (part of the thigh)," and the beautifully marbled "sasabara (part of the brisket)"!

This is Domestic jibie (game meat): female wild boar loin and belly.
The very fresh jibie has no off notes at all, and lets you enjoy the rich flavor of the lean meat and the sweetness of the fat. It is said to be tasty and easy to enjoy even for first time jibie eaters.

It was not too quiet, but the spaces between the seats were subtly partitioned, which made conversation easy. The meal, of course, featured flavorful meat steaks, and even we, being older, were able to eat quite a lot. I was also happy that you can order the kinds you like in 100g units. The Tenderloin was the best, and the Sirloin cap was also delicious.

It really is good after all. Of course the food is delicious, but the service is truly wonderful. The cut of steak I ordered this time was Knuckle main muscle. I ended up ordering wine too. I want to try every steak cut on the menu. I personally really liked the fresh kimchi.

About a 12-minute walk from Narita Station. Yakiniku Fuji is a restaurant where you can enjoy carefully selected Special cuts chosen by a meat-loving owner.
The interior has a stylish brown-based look. It uses a ventilation system that keeps smoke smells from bothering you, so you can fully enjoy Yakiniku with an extra touch of care.

This is their specialty, the "negi-tsutsumi tan-shio (salted beef tongue wrapped with scallions)."
By grilling both sides well, the scallions inside cook through and give it a crisp bite. Since it is such a popular menu item, you can order up to 1 per person (2 pieces).

The “hamidenaかった Special Spencer roll” is also one of the signature menu items.
Made with high quality Spencer roll for steak, this dish lets you enjoy the meat’s rich flavor and sweetness. It is best enjoyed sukiyaki-style by dipping it in egg!

I knew about this place, but I hadn’t had a chance to come for a while, so I visited after having someone book the Kiwami Course for me. The restaurant’s signature dishes kept coming one after another, including negi-tsutsumi tan (tongue wrapped with green onions) and Kiwami kalbi (premium short rib). I also ordered two kinds of liver as extras. The aburi reba (seared liver) was delicious. It was a great meal.

Everything was excellent, but the Premium Outside skirt stood out in particular. The savory flavor of the sauce really soaked in, and the balance of the meat’s own taste with the sweetness of the fat made it a highly recommended dish.

About a 2-minute walk from Narita Station. This is a Yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) and fresh Wagyu Horumon.

If you want to enjoy carefully selected Domestic beef, the "Gyuumaru Luxury Course" is recommended.
You can enjoy the "Gyuumaru Special 3-part assortment," which lets you taste Special cuts of Domestic beef, as well as the "Gyuumaru Special miso-marinated Horumon." It includes a total of 9 dishes and is said to be highly satisfying.

One snack that is just right with drinks is the baniku yukke (seasoned raw horse meat).
This dish pairs the rich taste of lean meat, the depth of egg yolk, and a sweet-savory sauce in perfect balance. The fresh horse meat has no off notes at all and is said to be so tender it melts in your mouth. High in protein and low in fat, it is also popular with health-conscious diners.

・Beef ○ Special Course
The course was packed with items including senmai sashimi (omasum sashimi), kimchi, ume hisui (plum-seasoned green dish), simmered beef tail and daikon radish, Beef Tongue shabu-shabu, kalbi, loin, Outside skirt, miso-marinated Horumon, and bibimbap. The daikon radish in the simmered beef tail and daikon radish was especially tasty because it had soaked up all the flavor, and the sweetness of the miso seasoning on the miso-marinated Horumon was just right and very good!

Since I like jingisukan (grilled mutton), I decided to go with jingisukan instead of beef! As soon as I started eating, both the meat and the sauce were delicious! It was really so good (о´∀`о) It was the kind of jingisukan that made me want to eat it again! It was so tasty.
