You can choose two appetizers (I selected the seafood salad and beef carpaccio), and the staff will grill the meat for you. I think this restaurant offers excellent value for money. The meat is thinly sliced so that it absorbs the sauce perfectly. Among many shabu-shabu restaurants, I like Kisoji's sesame sauce the best! ウオッチメン

Sukiyaki. The rich, jiggly egg yolk is sweet and delicious. Made with A5-grade beef from Iwate, each slice is impressively large. The meat features both a well-marbled section and a firmer cut, making it truly exceptional. While highly marbled beef melts in your mouth, it sometimes lacks that satisfying "meaty" texture. This beef, however, strikes the perfect balance.

Táochī

This time, I visited for shabu-shabu and chose the "Matsu Set." The meal started with an exceptionally luxurious selection of appetizers—elegant, beautifully presented, and delicious. Seasonal ingredients were used generously, allowing me to truly savor the feeling of spring. Enjoying the flavors of the season through food is such a delight. The main dish featured beef with a perfect balance of marbling and lean meat—not too fatty, not too meaty. It was tender, moist, and absolutely delicious.

Kuroge Wagyu Hitsumabushi
A stunning presentation of premium Wagyu beef served in a traditional steamer box. Instructions are provided for enjoying it in several ways: savor it as is, add grated yam (tororo), or finish by pouring dashi broth over the rice for a flavorful ochazuke. The ability to enjoy different flavors throughout the meal is a highlight, and above all, the beef is exceptionally tender and delicious.
