The highlight of the day was the Horumon—tender, juicy, and rich with sweet, flavorful fat. Each bite released an abundance of savory meat juices. The seasoning was just as excellent as the Kalbi. All meats are delivered fresh from Shibaura. We quickly finished off an assorted kimchi platter, loin, Yangnyeom Kalbi steak, and Horumon.
