台風がやってきそうなので、お盆休みの後半は動きが取れなくなるかもしれないと思い、キングダム3を見に行くことに・・・。
桂川のイオンシネマで見ました。
夕方に終わる回でしたので、晩御飯を食べて帰ることに・・・。
久しぶりに牛タンを食べたくなって、こちらに・・・。
仙台に居た半年の間に、結構気に入っていた牛タン定食。10年ぶり位の牛タンです。
5時過ぎに店着、先客でほぼテーブル席は埋まっていました。一つだけ空いていたテーブル席に案内されました。その後、結構途切れることなく来ていましたので、お盆とは言え、結構人気のお店のようです。
私は牛タン・牛タンコロッケ定食1,800円（税別）、奥さんは牛タン定食2枚1,460円（税別）にてオーダー。塩でお願いしました。
10分弱で出てきました。
牛タン・牛タンコロッケ定食 牛タン2枚分と牛タンコロッケ1個、白菜の漬物、青唐の南蛮味噌（定番ですね）、牛タンスープ、麦めしど定番の陣容です。
牛タン定食 牛タン2枚分と上記同様白菜の漬物、青唐の南蛮味噌、牛タンスープと麦めしという内容。
いただきますと・・・まずは牛タン、結構厚めで、硬いことはない程度の弾力のある、あまり臭みの無いお肉で、塩加減も良い塩梅。炭で焼かれているので、なかなか美味しいです。牛タンスープもしかり、塩加減が丁度良い感じです。煮込まれ柔らかくなった牛タンもちゃんと入っています。
牛タンコロッケも揚げたて熱々、ジャガイモの甘みと、牛タンのあっさりしているけどコクのある味わいが、結構美味しかったです。
とびきりの辛さのある青唐の味噌も、白菜の漬物も、とにかくご飯が進む味です。
麦めしもお代わり自由とのことで、頼むと大中小が選べて、ご飯が進む内容なので、大にしたら、ちょっとした昔話風の大盛ご飯でした。嬉しいですね。
久しぶりに食べた牛タン、結構美味しかったです。懐かしさもあり、結構気に入りました。再訪アリです。
