京都外環状線沿いにある弁慶ラーメンさんへ。
少し遅めの昼下がり。だだっ広い店内には数人の先客。
しっかしめっちゃ広いですね。一体何人入れるのでしょうか。w
さて、ラーメンは以下の5本柱。
ラーメンメニュー
・弁慶ラーメン （730円）
・鬼若ラーメン （620円）
・Mラーメン （660円）
・武蔵坊ラーメン（700円）
・濃厚鶏白湯ラーメン（700円）
豚骨な気分ではありませんでしたので、鶏君を選びました。
そして黒チャーハンのセットを。
頂いたもの
・濃厚鶏白湯ラーメン(700円）
・黒チャーハンセット（+260円）
先ずはチャーハンが登場ー。
えらい汚い盛り付けやなぁ。大丈夫かいな？と思いましたが、1口頂いて不安はふっ飛びました。
新福ほどのハードブラック系ではないですが、とてもオイリーで程よい塩分と醤油感。
ご飯の固さも程よくて、パラパラ感も良好。想像以上に好印象のチャーハンでした。
鶏白湯のスープはポタージュ系。
比重の高いタイプですが、どぎつい獣感はなく鶏の風味で丸みを感じます。
もう少し旨味凝縮系の方が好みですが、これはこれで有り。
チャーシューもジューシーだし、味玉の出来栄えも合格点だと思います。
大箱ラーメン店って良い思い出がなく期待薄での訪問でしたが、思ったより良かった。
ラーメンの種類も豊富ですし、セットメニューも多い。その時の気分によって色々注文できる。
電車で行くのは難しい立地ですが、通し営業で駐車場もありますので車利用の方は便利でしょう。
この辺りでお店に困ったらまた利用してみたいと思います。
