京都ファミリーに来たついでに
『かつゆう』さんへ初訪問。
とんかつがメインのお店ですが、
洋食メニューは勿論、お造り等の和のメニューも
多くて面白いお店です。
初訪問なので『ロースかつ膳』150gて1560円。
ロースかつにご飯、お味噌汁が付きます。
お味噌汁もソースもドレッシングも
手作りとの事です。
ロースかつはかなり太く切ってあり、
塩で食べるのがオススメとの事。
ゴマを擦ってソースを入れたのと味比べです。
まずは塩を付けて。塩をつけると肉の旨味が
ジワっと出てきて確かに旨い。
ソースをつけてもやっぱり旨い。
これはどちらもご飯に合いますね。
更にお味噌汁がカツに負けないように
味が濃いめで入っているシメジがまた旨い。
カツカレーも少し食べましたが
苦味のあるコクのあるルー。
カツはロースかヒレを選べるのも良い。
これはまた違うメニューも食べに来たい。
