◯ Low price ◯ Moderately polite customer service ◯ Good portion ◯ And delicious I made a reservation one month in advance. Two of us visited at 7pm on a Sunday in the middle of the first three-day holiday in January. The store is located along Kawabata Street, a 7-8 minute walk north from Sanjo Station on the Keihan Railway, and there is a large red lantern hanging in front of the store, so you won't have any trouble finding it. The store is divided into two main parts. We were seated in the back space. Please note that you will have to take off your shoes there. It was a cold day when I visited, but there was a hot carpet under the table. Great consideration. The customers were two young men and women who looked like they were part-time students, but they were both very courteous and attentive. The food is prepared by a middle-aged man who appears to be the owner, and he brings it to our seats and places it on the griddle. Our orders are as follows. ◯Medium mug of Asahi draft beer 550 yen ◯Small mug of Asahi draft beer 650 yen ◯Bean sprouts 530 yen ◯Suji 750 yen ◯Mixed Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) 1,210 yen ◯Yumeyaki 1,260 yen ◯1 cup of Japanese sake (Takara Shuzo Gokai) 660 yen It also contains plenty of pork and green onions, making it an unbelievable value for only 530 yen.The ``suji'' has a lot of green onions, and it doesn't taste stingy. It's cooked a little sweetly. The popular product, ``Mixed Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles),'' uses quite thin soba noodles, and is loaded with cabbage and pork.It has a relatively light taste, and when you think of Okonomiyaki restaurants, you probably think of the sauce. I tend to focus on the taste, so I was very glad that I ordered this before Okonomiyaki then there's the signature item, ``Yumeyaki.''The volume is huge. However, it was just enough to keep it crunchy ( For Okonomiyaki), the seasoning is good.It was so delicious and voluminous, and I was surprised at the low price of 5,610 yen (2,805 yen per person). It was almost full, but I finished eating in an hour. It's packed away, so cooking goes smoothly.
