A restaurant in Gion, Kyoto where you can eat specially selected Japanese black beef Teppan-yaki. This restaurant serves dinner and lunch, and for dinner they have a Teppan-yaki course that includes a fairly solid and high-quality Steak. There are several lunch menus, including Beef Cutlet, beef mawashi, beef fatty tuna, sirloin Steak, and Hamburg steak, making it a higher-grade B-class gourmet lunch. This time I ordered the Beef Toro Gozen ¥2,300. What looks like fatty beef flakes are sprinkled on top of the white rice, and topped with egg yolk. It was more refreshing than it looked, and although it was my second lunch there, it was delicious. There are other lunch menus as well, so I'd like to go there again!
