京都市東山区常盤町にあります「カカオ マーケット バイ マリベル」さんへ訪問です。
NYセレブ御用達のチョコレート専門店「マリベル」さんのサブブランドで、鴨川沿いにある大きな時計が印象的な外観。
創業者の祖国ホンジュラスのカカオを使用した
チョコレートをいろんなスタイルでカジュアルに楽しめるお店です。
店内にはジェラートや、ドリンク、量り売りのチョコレートや、可愛いパッケージチョコレートなどが豊富！遊び心溢れる店内がとにかくかわいいです。笑
今回は人気商品のホットチョコレートをオーダー。
ホットチョコレートは
ヨーロピアン、アメリカン、モカチーノの3種類のスタイルから選び、味はマイルドアズテック、マイルドスパイシー、ヘーゼルナッツミルクの3種類。
今回はアメリカンのマイルドアズテックを頂きました。
アメリカンスタイルは牛乳が入り
カカオ感が濃厚のチョコレートですが牛乳が実によい仕事をしてくれます。上品なカカオ感とミルク感のバランスが絶妙でした。
まだまだ寒い京都には染みるホットチョコレートで温まりました。
チョコレートは飲み物です！笑
