前から気になっていたグリルデミさんをお邪魔しました。
以前、日曜日11：30頃に行こうとしたことがあったのですが、20人以上が並ばれていたので断念。
今度は平日のちょっと遅め(14時頃)にお邪魔したところ、5人待ちだったのでそのまま並びました。
15分程で入店できました。
並んでいる間に、店舗前のメニューを眺めたり、入店間近になるとスタッフさんがメニューを見せてくださるので、待ち時間は苦になりませんでした。
初めてお邪魔するので、今回は看板メニュー「タンシチューハンバーグ」をいただきました。
最初にサラダをお持ちくださるのですが、このサラダも美味しい！
マリネされたニンジンや、じゃがいも感あふれるポテトサラダが添えてあるので、食べ応えのある立派な一品でした。
サラダを食べ終わる頃に、タンシチューハンバーグ・ごはん・お味噌汁が運ばれてきます。
タンシチューハンバーグは、固形燃料で加熱されている状態のままいただきます。
デミグラスソースが美味しい！
さらさらのソースなのですが、大変深みと旨みが溢れる上品なお味です。
常に加熱されているので、さらっとしたデミグラスソースが、煮詰まった濃厚な部分もあり、色んな表情を楽しめます。
ハンバーグは、お店で挽くお肉をつなぎ少な目でつくるそうなので、とても肉々しいお味です。
タンは部位によって食感が異なり、デミグラスソースとの相性抜群でした。
熱々のシチューハンバーグを提供したいとの思いから固形燃料で加熱するスタイルになったのでしょうが、冷ますのが大変＆固形燃料の上にある鉄板上で切り分けるのが難しく、ちょっと食べにくかったのが残念でした。
